Ajna chakra, known as the third eye, also called the seat of the soul, is located at the pineal gland and is associated with sensory input, specifically light. It is located at the midbrain and associated with the color indigo purple/blue. Awaken to clairvoyance with illumination and clarity. Break free of hidden patterns as we chant Aum with the Shruti box to awaken the Ajna Chakra. This is day 20 of 21 days of developing ones own practice.
