This guided meditative visualization is designed to help you find your soul path.
More specifically,
It will help your soul show your perfect path to you.
This meditation involves taking four steps.
The first of which involves the softening of our physical bodies,
The vehicles for our soul,
So they become more receptive to allow this process of discovery to unfold organically and naturally.
The first step just involves breathing.
This specific breathing pattern starts from the belly below our diaphragm,
And we breathe in so that the breath stops just below the throat.
Just pause briefly before the out-breath,
And notice that this is the point before sometimes we start to speak.
Next we breathe out imagining the breath stops just around the navel,
And before breathing in again,
Notice the gap between the out-breath and the in-breath.
Repeat this breathing cycle for the next seven in- and out-breaths.
So that's up from the belly,
Just to the throat,
Pause,
And then down from the throat to the belly,
And pause again.
Do that seven times.
So did you lose count of the number of cycles?
If so,
That's a good thing.
Now with each hand,
Touch lightly the pad of your thumb with the pad of your middle finger,
And for the next few in- and out-breaths,
Recite internally the mantra,
Mona-o-ha,
Which means I trust in the LOM light language.
Silently and internally say the word mona- on the in-breath,
And o-ha on the out-breath.
Repeat this mantra five times.
Now you are ready to take the second step.
It said our soul,
Our higher self,
Our guardian angel,
Remains in the void while we descend and incarnate into the density.
It then operates silently,
Nudging us in one direction or the other.
To reflect on its influence,
Go back in time.
What were the steps you took most recently that led you to be listening to this very visualization?
Who or what led you to this place?
Go back a little further to your last year.
What events changed your direction so that you would be here right now?
Now go back over the last few years of your life,
What is new that has come into your world?
Now go all the way back and review your career and your life so far.
Go back to your teens.
Go back to your childhood.
What did you do back then that brought you to where you are right now?
Now go right back in time.
What was your very first ever memory of your soul's influence?
Let's take the third step,
Where we muse on your current situation.
Ponder this,
Where do you encounter adversity?
How does it show its face?
How often does it come up?
Does it come along uninvited?
Or do you perhaps invite it in?
Now bring your attention to your heart chakra.
Breathe in and on the out-breath imagine you are beaming out love to any such adversity.
See it as the making of you so far and as lessons brought to you by nothing less than your soul,
To allow you to evolve and move on to the next level.
Now it's time to take the fourth step and the final step of this particular meditation,
Which is just the second meditation in a soulful series of twelve.
Consider your current situation,
Or maybe you might call it a predicament.
What has it taught you and what gifts and strengths has it brought you?
What would you have to change externally to transmute such adversity into an opportunity?
For example,
If you were to overcome it,
Could you help other souls on their journey?
What would have to change internally for you to be able to make that shift?
Is it a different knowing?
Or a shift in your feelings?
And here's where your soul comes in,
As it loves to help and it likes to be asked.
So ask it now to help you.
Ask it to give you new knowledge and skills.
Ask it to give you a sign.
Ask it to give you direction.
Ask it to give you the support you require.
And in return,
Let it know that you will be seeing the ending bell of this meditation,
As the starting bell for the rest of this incarnation.
