Karma is not a record of all the good and not so good deeds in our lives.
Rather it is a summation of all the learnings we have taken on board in our lives.
If reincarnation is part of your world model,
This would include the learnings from past lives too.
Indeed,
In the model of reincarnation,
It is thought we come back to the earth plane to take on new learnings so we can evolve to the next level.
Now some words change their emphasis when the letter A is put in front of them.
So when a Gnostic becomes Agnostic,
Classically they are opposites.
So a Gnostic has knowledge of God,
And an Agnostic can shun this knowledge.
And the opposite is true when the letter A is removed from a word.
So if we avoid something,
Like our karmic mission,
We skirt around it and we sweep it under the carpet.
But when we void Karma,
Something amazing happens.
All adversity disappears in our lives,
And resistance to change weakens.
We step into a new world,
A new way of being,
Where serendipity turns up at our door and opportunity lies around every corner.
What's more,
This change in our world and our worldview does not necessarily require years of self-reflection and study.
It can be fairly instant and simple.
To help with this transformation,
Or transformation,
We can use the breath as a tool to bring in the new.
So take a deep in-breath for the nostrils,
And breathe out for about four times as long as the in-breath,
With your mouth slightly open.
Now repeat that breathing cycle four times,
And we'll begin.
On the next three in-breaths,
Breathe in your intention to change,
And on the next three out-breaths,
Allow any resistance to change to leave your body.
Feel the softening.
On the next three in-breaths,
Breathe in newness into your life,
And on the next three out-breaths,
Allow old patterns that no longer serve to leave your body.
Feel the softening.
On the next three in-breaths,
Breathe in a new resolve,
And on the next three out-breaths,
Let go of whatever you have been holding onto for no good reason.
Feel yourself softening.
On the next three in-breaths,
Breathe in the gnosis and acceptance of a life of ease,
And on the next three out-breaths,
Allow any associated guilt around being happy and free to dissipate.
Feel yourself softening.
On the next three in-breaths,
Breathe in your acceptance of new connections and new knowings,
And on the next three out-breaths,
Allow what is old,
Stuck and stale to leave forever.
Feel yourself softening.
And from now until the ending bell,
Breathe in the new you,
And allow the old you to leave with your love,
Blessing and thanks for bringing you to this point in your life.
And when the ending bell does sound,
Hear and see it as the starting bell for the rest
