Our soul expresses its essence into the world as a warmth.

It literally radiates out from our bodies through our aura and makes an impression on other souls in the density.

Here we have five classical senses and six six senses or super sensibilities which take signals from the world outside to our neurology so we can sense our place and impact on the world.

We also have several mechanisms by which we can radiate out our soul warmth.

You are listening to one method right now which is our speech.

This radiates out from our fifth chakra point or throat.

Our speech has the ability to spread anger,

Gossip or negativity or kindness,

Inspiration and warmth.

Our speech is an external expression of our thought forms that pass through our sixth chakra our third eye.

We don't give this much thought but our speech is powered by our breath.

We speak mainly on an out-breath.

Just try and say something on an in-breath right now to become mindful of this.

Our breath is the life force or chi which enables our soul warmth to influence the outside world.

So let's build up some chi right now.

Just imagine on the next in-breath the breath starts in the soles of your feet and flows all the way up to your throat.

On the following out-breath allow it to flow down your arms and out of your palms.

Optionally you can make a ha sound from your throat as the breath reaches your throat and you start each out-breath.

Do this for the next five in and out-breaths.

We are now ready to open our crown to allow external soul warmth to enter the physical vehicle of our body.

To do this on the next in-breath allow the energy to flow from the soles of your feet to your throat where it pauses briefly.

Then you exhale and imagine the breath moves up and out of your crown.

On the next in-breath it comes back in through the crown and pauses briefly again at the throat and you then allow it to flow down your arms on the next out-breath and out of your palms.

Now this technique takes a while to perfect so take your time and it will come.

To recap the breath comes up from the feet to the throat on the in-breath,

Out through the crown on the out-breath,

Back in through the crown on the in-breath,

Out through the palms on the out-breath and back up through your feet on the in-breath and so on.

Just practice that without any count but imagining that soul warmth is coming in through your feet and your crown from both the below and the above.

And this is really good to spend some time.

Now allow your breathing to find its own pattern,

Pace and place,

And take your attention to your third eye.

Imagine you are looking at the back of your eyeballs and become an observer observing the observer.

You can do this with eyes opened or closed.

Notice that when you observe what you are observing,

Your inner dialogue goes quiet.

Pay close attention to any thoughts that arrive that stop you observing.

This is your soul talking through the receiver of your third eye.

Whatever it is telling you gets amplified and radiated out around you with your third eye as a transmitter.

Incidentally if zero thoughts come in,

Reflect on the nature of the no thought.

Allow your awareness to float down again to your throat.

Momentarily become aware of your breathing pattern and the flow of the in and out breaths.

If you are alone,

On the next out breath take any of the thoughts that came into your third eye and vocalise it.

Say it out loud.

If you are in company you can also say it in loud,

Imagining you are saying it.

This is your soul actually talking,

As mine is to you right now.

Try this again by taking your awareness back to your third eye,

Allow a thought to arrive and then say it either out loud or in loud.

Next allow your awareness to float down your body to sit at the bottom of your rib cage,

Your heart centre.

Then become mindful of the depth and pace of your breath.

Now just think about who might benefit from the thought that you just vocalised.

This can be people in your world right now,

Or people including earlier versions of you in the past.

Next take that thought and beam it out from your heart in a spiral.

Simply beam it out to those it might help right now or in the past,

And if you can send it out with unconditional love.

Allow your awareness to float down a little further so it is sitting just above your navel.

Just on the thought form you vocalised.

What guidance did it bring for you?

What guidance might it bring for others?

Now imagine you are standing waist deep in the centre of a shallow but nicely warm lake with a flat and calm surface.

And imagine that thought form creates ripples on the surface of the lake that radiate out in all directions around you.

Imagine that the people that can benefit from this guidance are standing at the shores of the lake,

And that when the ripples reach the shore they pick up on this guidance.

And then some of these people wade into the lake and start retransmitting your ripples onwards to others.

Now allow your awareness to move below your navel to your sacral centre.

Muse on how the thought form you vocalised will help deliver and satisfy your needs.

Imagine you walk towards the edge of the lake so the water level is now beneath your navel.

And let the surety that your needs can now be better met form ripples on the surface of the lake that can be picked up by others.

Now move your attention to your root and imagine that you are standing on the shore of the lake,

Your feet firmly rooted to the earth.

What impact might your thought form bring to the planet as a whole,

And to all life forms on it,

Even if it is no thought at all.

Presently imagine there is no separation between your main seven chakras and that they are unified into one cohesive whole.

And that the whole unified chakra is like a warm cocoon around your physical body.

And imagine that other souls in the density are similarly wandering around inside a body of flesh,

Blood and bones surrounded by a similar cocoon.

Coccoons can of course bump into each other keeping an appropriate social distance these days.

They can also radiate soul warmth out and absorb soul warmth back in.

So be mindful of your ability to radiate and receive soul warmth as you go about your days.
