This meditation follows on from soul entanglement.

It is the fourth in a series of guided meditations,

Inspired by the notion of soul waves.

In the novel of the same name,

It is conjectured that soul waves are the missing dark energy and matter which comprise the fabric of space-time that our 3D world sits upon.

Soul waves bond galaxies to galaxies,

Stars to stars,

Planets to stars and moons to planets.

They also connect and bring us together as well as being used by our souls to bond with us.

As such,

Soul waves extend across all space and time.

When we tune into and entangle with soul waves,

We end up following our true soul path and begin to live a charmed life,

Where we become lucky.

Most importantly,

We entangle with our soul which we explored in the last meditation called soul entanglement.

By simply using the mechanism of asking and thanking.

Simply asking a question and thanking our soul when the answer comes along.

Even without being asked a question,

Our soul is talking to us constantly.

This soul talk is present all the way through our waking days and also at night in our dreams,

Often in metaphor and imagery.

It is worth keeping a journal at least for a few days to tune into this stream of guidance.

So upon awakening each day,

It is worth recording your dreams in bullet points and in morning meditation or over the day musing on how they might be relevant to your waking life.

Then when we emerge from sleep and enter the waking phase of our day,

Pay attention to the first thought that enters your head before you speak.

The first type of thought form that arrives might be a thought of something that happened the day before that you feel you must act on today.

Ask your soul if action is necessary,

Either as you planned it or if there is another way.

The second type of thought form might relate to what you had planned for the day ahead.

Before you slide into your day,

Again ask your soul if there is a better way or a more optimum time to do what you had planned.

The third type of thought form is the most exciting and this is one that we should pay close attention to and meditate upon.

These are thoughts that have not come our way before.

It might be a new idea in its own right or a new way we can tackle an existing issue or situation.

Be sure to pause and give thanks for when these come along as the more we do this,

The more that come our way.

It is a good idea not to act on this type of thought form straight away.

Go for a walk if you can.

Make notes in your mind,

Jot them down when you get back,

Or what I do is to start mind mapping.

No matter what time of the day you are listening to this meditation,

Take a few moments out now to connect with the void and allow one or more of this third type of thought form to come your way.

So as we go further into our days,

More and more thoughts and incidents come our way.

In your mind or your journal,

Make a note of all the coincidences and serendipities that come along.

Also pay attention to those moments of stuckness and adversity.

Should they visit your doorstep,

Ask your soul for help and guidance.

Again,

Keep a quiet mind so you are in the best place to spot the answer.

The answer can welcome in as a thought,

Or a sign,

Or a message that can come in out of the blue.

This is your soul talking.

Again,

You don't have to wait for the day to unfold to receive this type of guidance.

Muse on something which is troubling you or causing you concern right now.

Allow your thoughts stream to stop flowing for a few moments.

Allow the soul illusion to find its way to you.

Music Music Music Music As we get to the end of each day,

It's a good time to open the dialogue with our soul once again.

As your head hits the pillow,

Reflect on all the day's highlights and the learnings from the day.

Think ahead to tomorrow and ask your soul to provide guidance again in your dreams.

And to assist you to make each tomorrow even better than the day just gone.

And sleep in the knowledge that as the earth turns,

Your soul is watching over you.

Just relax now until the music fades.

Tune into the soul waves.

And reflect on your life so far and how your soul has been gently prodding,

Nudging and guiding you.

So that you have ended up listening to this meditation today.

Very valuable guidance Tom. Dream journaling, noting our first thought of the day, as well as the little nudges, whispers, and signs that come throughout the day. Quieting our minds, asking for answers. Our Soul’s have so much to tell us if we just pay attention. Thank you for that reminder.😊

This meditation introduced me to the lovely idea of checking in with my soul before I go to sleep and letting it answer my questions through my dreams.

A good practice which I interpreted as staying in touch with the voice in your soul as opposed to the thoughts in your head.
