Just imagine that there is a world out there that is open to you,
Which is beyond your current imagination.
We can muse on the qualities of such a world.
These will be different for each of us.
For some,
This world will be full of excitement and travel.
Others might seek peace and quiet contemplation,
Tending a garden,
Painting or even writing that book,
Or just sitting in silence or walking in nature,
In awe of the beauty of the world that we share and we live on.
Some might like to combine both these types of worlds.
Irrespective of what this world looks like for you,
There will be some essences that are the same.
Perhaps the disappearance of unnecessary stress,
Worry and strife.
And the free flow and sharing of love and abundance.
And it will be a world too,
Where the most perfect events and opportunities turn up just in time.
But conjuring up such a world from our thought forms alone is somewhat difficult,
As it is by its nature somewhat unimaginable.
And therefore tricky to see how we might get there.
As such a world is beyond our current imagination,
The only way to step into it is to allow it to arrive at our door.
To facilitate this just requires two steps to be taken.
The first step is to trust that such a world is a potential reality.
The second step simply requires that we just be,
In order to allow this world to magic itself into existence.
Fortunately,
As is the way with such magic,
We can take these two steps at the same time.
So either sitting with your back upright,
Or lying down,
It doesn't matter.
It doesn't even matter before the sleep.
With both hands,
Just connect the pads lightly of your thumb and middle finger.
This is known as a mudra.
And this particular mudra connects your conscious mind,
Your self-aware mind,
With the collective consciousness or super-consciousness.
And internally,
All we have to do is to repeat the mantra,
Mona oha,
Which means I trust.
And we say internally the word mona on our in-breath,
And we say oha on the out-breath.
And to give this mantra more power,
What we do is on the in-breath we imagine that the breath starts at our root,
And goes all the way up our spine to our crown.
And on the out-breath,
Which should be about four times as long as the in-breath,
The breath comes from our crown,
Goes all the way down our spine to our root.
So that's mona on the in-breath and oha on the out-breath.
And from now until the ending bell,
Just be one with your breath with the mantra mona oha,
And just be one with yourself.
