Hello everyone.

Welcome to this gentle let go and flow meditation.

And this meditation is inspired by a few things.

One was a recent session with my coach and he's on here.

His name is Lou Redmond,

So if you don't know him you might want to check him out.

But I was speaking with him and we were talking about coming back home to yourself.

And then he said,

What does that mean to you Tracy?

And I was trying to explain it,

But it was,

It's a felt sense in your body of homecoming,

A feeling of safety,

A feeling of belonging,

And a feeling of connection,

But also flow.

So then he said,

Okay,

Well,

What does that mean to be in the flow?

And I was like,

I tuned in and I said,

Okay,

Well,

When I think of the flow,

I think of when I was little,

I was at my mom's house and my house as well.

And we had a pool and there were a bunch of us and we used to go in the pool and we would go around the edge of the pool and keep going around and around and around.

And we created a whirlpool going one direction.

And then at one point we would just let go and let it just take us and allow us to flow.

And we would do that for a while and then we would stop and say,

All right,

Let's try to go the opposite way.

And we could,

But we were met with a lot of resistance and like that pushing against us,

Like the tide,

Right?

Like a ripple tide going the opposite way.

So then we would go back with the flow.

So that's what inspired this meditation and inspired some,

Just some creative things that are going on in my life flow.

And I invite you to think of what does it mean to let go and flow for you?

Maybe it's something similar.

And what I'm going to do is just let go and flow with you in a divinely guided flow meditation.

So I invite you now,

We'll enter into this let go and flow practice and inspired meditation.

I invite you to take a deep seat as we go into this portion of the meditation and practice and just feel your sit bones,

Feel yourself taking a deep,

Deeper seat,

Whether you're on a cushion or chair.

It's doing a trust fall.

I call a trust fall into the universe,

Allowing yourself to just be held.

And as we do,

We can feel our grounding cords secure around our hips,

Maybe even up a little higher,

Providing us with safety and holding as we about to embark on this flow journey.

So maybe we picture ourselves on a raft,

You know,

Like a really secure,

Kind of like at Disney,

How they have those like buckle in.

So let's get ready to flow in whatever way our grounding cord can be that secure holding cord around our hips,

Almost like a seatbelt fastening us here to the earth below the water that we're about to flow on so that we're just so held in safety and security.

And as our roots descend through our legs and the floorboards and the foundation and all the layers of the earth,

We become more grounded.

And as we are ready to embark on whatever let go and flow means for you.

So you could picture yourself on this raft that I explained or a lazy river,

A tube that you're kind of like securely on,

But you're able to just flow.

And as we do this,

We allow ourselves to just go with that flow and not resist it.

And we can even as we go to get on,

We can try to do what I did in the beginning and walk against the natural flow.

And as we do this,

It would represent going against the natural flow of life or synchronicity or being maybe guided by the universe or a guide.

And we say,

No,

I don't think that's the way to go.

I think I'm going to get on my tube and allow myself to flow.

And as we do this,

We're going down the lazy river and we see other people and we're smiling.

And some people get stuck.

Some people try to go the other way or jump off their tubes and we're just taking it in.

And that could represent some of what we were talking about,

Them doing it their own way.

And that's okay too.

Just like in life,

You know,

We honor other people's flow or journey or sometimes resistance or stuckness at that moment.

And as we're going,

We're allowing ourselves to bask in the sun and we're feeling rooted though we're gliding.

And we notice up ahead,

There's one of those waterfalls and we think,

Do I want to kind of move my hands and splash in the water to get away from the waterfall?

Or do I want to let it cool me off and maybe just sit under it for a bit and receive some of the grace and flow and wisdom of the water.

And that water represents life and some of the wisdom that sometimes we stray away from learning a certain lesson or path,

But we decide we're going to go under it.

And it also represents our connection to whatever we believe in.

It could be a God,

A certain God,

A divine,

The universe,

An angel,

A goddess,

A higher power,

Or nothing at all,

Just grace and flow and life.

Whatever it represents to you as we're approaching,

We start to go under it backwards and we allow our heads to gently go under the waterfall first and that beautiful waterfall of grace coming down,

Cleansing into our head,

Top of our crown,

Our third eye,

Our throat,

Our heart,

Our solar plexus,

Our sacrum,

Our root,

And it goes deep into the earth,

Splashes below in the water and deep into the earth.

And we allow ourselves to just reside under this waterfall of grace for a while and take in the wisdom.

And maybe there's something that you've been grappling with,

Struggling with,

Maybe resisting,

Allow that to come up into your awareness,

Into your heart,

And allow the waterfall of grace coming in the top of your head,

To your third eye,

Between your brow,

Allow it to come down into your heart and soothe you.

And as it comes down,

Just sit with it and see if it gives you an answer to what you might be feeling a little stuck in life about or struggling with or meeting resistance or seeing a pattern.

Just allow yourself to let that flow of water in,

Beautiful divine wisdom.

And maybe it's saying,

What you've had has been inside of you all along.

And you just have to remember.

You just have to remember who you are and come home to the seat of your soul and allow yourself to feel the wisdom come in through your back body and you have a feeling of holding at your back.

And you know,

I'm not alone with this.

Just allow and see if any answers come.

See that radiant waterfall of grace coming in like a light at the top of your head.

Allow for divine grace and listening.

And if there's anything in your heart that needs to be answered,

Allow that divine light to come down and soothe your heart as it holds you at your back.

Allow it to go down at the back of your solar plexus,

Just above your navel,

Get your back at your spine,

Holding you there as you're on your raft or your chair.

You're not alone with this.

And now you're feeling soothed and ready to continue on your journey.

And you come out and there's a cave above you that you're coming out of and you see the light and maybe some of what you've been holding or struggling with.

Has washed away.

And you feel more in the flow,

In alignment with yourself.

So grounded and held by the earth mother below.

And you feel in your root and your sacral chakra,

Which is your divine feminine,

You feel the flow,

You become one with the flow.

As you go again around on the lazy river.

And this time you bring in intentions as you flow.

And maybe it's just one intention that you want to bring into your heart and plant like a seed.

So if there was resistance,

We breathe in flow and we let go of resistance.

If there's fear,

We bring in love.

You breathe in light and let go of darkness.

So whatever it is for you,

And we'll just go with a resistance again.

We'll bring in flow,

Deep breath in and let go of resistance.

And now as you're coming around on the lazy river,

You feel more in flow,

More in sync with yourself,

With the universe,

With your center.

And you feel ready to take a step off onto the ground.

So I invite you to just come back into your body.

Allow yourself to wiggle your fingers and toes as you're getting off the raft and stepping up into life,

Back into our seat.

And I thank you for coming on this gentle let go and flow meditation with me.

I'm so grateful to be of service.

I pray that you have a beautiful day ahead.

And that you feel the flow and a let go of that resistance.

So maybe all let go and flow as we go out into our day.

See you soon.

Namaste.
