In our everyday lives,
It's easy to get caught up in the tiny egos of our being.
We humans have the tendency to forget our own worth and place it to be judged by others.
This can create a sense of never being enough or never feeling satisfied and a deep sense of distress.
To find peace within ourselves,
We need to take the time to anchor us,
Creating a distance towards our ego and realize our true worth.
Don't get lost in your ego and seek approval in other lost egos.
Instead,
Take a step back,
Anchor yourself,
Open your crown,
Receive from the Divine,
And act from that place.
Start by finding a comfortable seat,
Keeping your spine straight and your shoulders relaxed.
Place your hands on your knees and close your eyes.
Take a few deeper breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Just let yourself relax and soften into this present moment.
Now gently close your mouth and continue to breathe through your nose.
Take a step back from your thoughts for a while.
See if you can put your thoughts about an arm's length away from you.
You can use your hands for this part.
Place the back of your open hands in front of your face.
Keep your fingers closed and start pressing away the thoughts that keeps your mind busy until your arms are straight.
Use your intuition to guide your hands.
When you notice a thought,
Try to locate where the thought is sensed and slowly push away the thought and cleanse your energy space around you.
Continue this process,
Either physically or mentally,
Until you feel a certain amount of energy.
When you feel done,
Place your hands on your knees and face your palms up.
Let your awareness lean back towards the back of your head.
And take a look at your thoughts from a distance.
See your concerns,
Worries,
Emotions,
And attachments that takes up your mental space.
Just observe your thoughts with this boundary that you've created.
Now turn your focus back to your physical body.
Let your sit bones drop down towards the floor.
Open your groin and your glutes.
Relax your belly.
Now let the top of your head rise up towards the sky and keep your spine erect.
Start visualizing your breath as you inhale,
Traveling from the base of your spine to the top of your head.
Exhale from the top of your head down through your spine into the earth.
Inhaling up through the spine towards your crown up to the sky and exhaling from the sky through your spine into the earth.
Stay with this image as you breathe for a while.
If the mind wanders off,
Gently bring the mind back into the flow of the breath,
Traveling through your spine into the earth and back towards the sky.
Extend the top of your head towards the sky and open your crown.
Open up for a higher frequency or a higher awareness,
Flowing in from your crown into the core of your being.
Filling you up with whatever you need in this present moment without any effort.
Keeping yourself open to receive.
Stay here for a moment.
Whenever you feel yourself being pulled towards your distress,
Let yourself lean back to the space in your spine and continue to receive from your crown.
When you feel settled and content,
Take a few deeper breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Ground down towards your seat,
Rooting down to the earth.
Take your hands and start stroking your arms with your palms.
Continue stroking over your chest and over your belly.
Look over your face and your skull,
Down to your neck.
Opening your physical body,
Creating a boundary between your inner and outer world.
Place your hands on your knees.
Slowly opening your eyes and bring yourself back into this present moment we call life.
Filling you up with whatever you need in this present moment without any effort.
