Hello and welcome to this breathwork practice on self-acceptance.

Begin by finding a comfortable position either sitting or preferably lying down.

Allow yourself to settle in and get comfortable.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Filling your belly and your chest.

Exhale fully,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Notice how your body softens and understand that you are fully supported in this moment.

Let's begin the breathwork practice.

It's the conscious connected three-part breath through the mouth.

Inhale deeply,

Filling your belly with air,

Feeling it expand like a balloon.

Pause for a moment and continue to inhale,

Expanding your rib cage.

Feel the breath reach all the way up to your collarbones.

Pause and slowly release the breath from your collarbones,

Your rib cage and finally your belly.

Continue this pattern of breathing,

Inhaling deeply into your belly,

Ribs and chest and exhaling fully from your ribs and belly.

Allow each breath to be a reminder of your self-love,

Self-acceptance and self-worth.

As you breathe,

Imagine a warm loving light surrounding you.

Feel this light embracing every part of your being,

Filling you with unconditional acceptance and love.

With every exhale,

Let go of any self-doubt.

Let go of any negative self-talk.

Keep breathing,

You're doing good.

Embrace the truth that you are worthy of love and acceptance just as you are.

As you continue breathing,

Filling your belly,

In your chest and exhaling through your mouth,

Bring to mind moments of self-love,

Moments of acceptance.

Reflect on the times when you have shown kindness and compassion towards yourself.

Allow these memories to fill you with a sense of worthiness and appreciation for who you are.

With each breath let go of any judgments or expectations you may have placed on yourself.

Embrace the beauty of your uniqueness and the journey that you are on.

Know that you are enough just as you are in this present moment.

Take a few more moments to breathe deeply,

Allowing the energy of self-acceptance and self-love to permeate every cell of your body.

Releasing the breathing technique,

Return to your natural rhythm of breathing,

Connecting to your own breath.

When you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

As you connect with yourself,

With your body,

Opening your eyes,

Keeping your gaze soft and becoming aware of your environment.

Notice any sensations or feelings that are present,

Just allowing them without any judgment.

See if there is a sense of feeling refreshed,

Renewed,

Maybe even gratitude,

Knowing you are worthy of acceptance,

Of love,

And self-worth.

Carry this sense with you throughout the day.

And thank you for allowing me to guide you on a breathwork journey of self-acceptance.

Love always.

Much peace and light be with you.
