Welcome to this restorative serenity breathwork.

Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down.

Make sure you won't be disturbed and let go of any distractions.

Take a moment to settle into a relaxed position that feels safe and peaceful for you.

Now gently close your eyes.

Take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

As you exhale,

Release any tension or stress you may be holding on to.

Now set your intention for this breathwork journey to find restorative serenity,

To let go of worries and to embrace inner peace.

We will use a simple and calming 4-7-8 breath pattern.

Inhale for the count of 4,

Hold your breath for the count of 7,

And exhale for the count of 8.

This breathing pattern helps slow down your heart rate and calm your nervous system.

Begin by gently inhaling through your nose for the count of 1,

2,

3,

4.

Now hold your breath for the count of 7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Slowly exhale for the count of 8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Repeat,

Inhaling for 4,

Go at your own pace,

Hold your breath for 7,

And as you hold your breath,

Imagine a peaceful,

Serene place.

This could be a forest,

A beach,

A hiking trail on a mountain,

Or any location that you feel completely at ease.

And as you exhale for the count of 8,

Imagine releasing any tension,

Releasing stress or worry with each breath out.

Feel it melt away like a heavy weight lifting from your shoulders.

Continue this 4,

7,

8 breath pattern,

Focusing on your peaceful place and letting go with each exhale.

As you breathe,

Let serenity of this place wash over you.

Feel the calming energy filling your body.

In this serene place,

Notice the details around you.

Feel the softness of the grass or the sand beneath you.

Listen to the gentle rustling of leaves or the soothing sound of waves.

Allow the colors,

The scents,

The sensations to envelop you into tranquility.

With each breath,

Imagine that you are absorbing the serenity of this place.

Let it flow into every cell of your body,

Filling you with a deep sense of inner peace and restorative energy.

Continue to release lingering tension as you exhale.

Visualize the tension and stress and negative thoughts dissolving into the air,

Leaving you lighter and freer with each breath.

As you continue this breath work and journey,

Deepen your connection to the serenity of your sacred,

Safe space.

Feel a profound sense of stillness and serenity within.

Surrender to the tranquility and simply be in this moment.

Take a few more deep cleansing breaths.

Good,

That's it.

Just release that counting rhythm and come back to your own natural breath.

Notice any sensations in your body.

Gradually begin to return to your own physical surroundings.

Becoming aware of your body,

Aware of the space that you're in.

Noticing your breath.

When you're ready to open your eyes,

Keeping your gaze soft.

Noticing the contrast of the light and the dark.

Allowing your eyes to shift gently to the right and to the left as you orient yourself back into your space.

Back into this moment.

Carry the serenity that you found in this breath work journey throughout your day.

Knowing that you can return to that peaceful,

Sacred space through your breath whenever you need be.

Thank you for joining me and allowing me to guide you on this restorative serenity breath work.

May your day be filled with calm and serenity.

Remember,

Your breath is your anchor.

Love always.
