To this moment.

I invite you to hang out with me here for just a few.

We're going to invite ourselves to come back,

Invite ourselves to release some resistance.

In this moment right now,

Everything's okay.

Let's allow the breath.

Can we recognize the agitation,

The anxiety,

All of the frustration and the irritation?

Everything within us that seems to be disturbed because we're scared.

It's not wrong,

But can we just see that for a moment?

In our acknowledgement of this,

I invite us to go a little bit deeper and see that everything we're scared of is in the mind.

See that in this moment right now,

Most adorably human way,

We can find some fear.

But yet the more we look at it,

We see that we're not afraid of anything in life here right now.

We're not afraid of anything that's true here.

We're simply afraid,

Threatening us with the possibility that what we are is not threatening us with the possibility that we're separate from life.

We're afraid of the mind's content,

Thinking that it's reality.

So in these moments together,

See so deeply in this moment right now,

There's nothing to be afraid of.

Even if you're scared,

You don't have to be afraid of that.

Maybe you can see how adorable it is to be afraid of the imaginary monsters in the mind.

Breathe into this discernment,

A discernment that can see the difference.

The reality of life,

It's just.

Isn't that amazing?

Can we discover a profound gratitude,

Realization that there's nothing to be afraid of?

You can review your whole imaginary history and see that you were never afraid of anything in life and yet throughout it all.

So whatever you're going through now,

However scary it might seem,

Recognize the adorable misunderstanding confuses the dream for reality.

Let's just take a moment and breathe into this realization.

Go play.

Thank you for meditating with me today.

Dear Tiger, 2am and I'm sitting outside with a cup of tea. Checked in to your meditation. Here now I'm good, but the look on your picture model's face is still with me, when I woke and looked at my body that has aged significantly the past year. Not sure if this is allowed, but if possible, pls check Youtube: Manie Connoway Castle in the Mist 9: Invincible Volley... all this are in the past now, I don't fear...but one's physical death remains inevitable and scary. I know my spirit is forever, but (and I don't intend to go "there" for many years still to come) fear of the physical end remains when I notice physical, bodily deterioration

Thank you for this beautiful meditation, it brought me to see how I have allowed my mind and thoughts to keep me prisoner and in a constant state of fear. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
