Hello and welcome to your daily dose of dynamic breathwork.

This breathwork flow is designed to be energizing,

Rejuvenating,

And ultimately raise your vibration.

I often recommend this type of breathwork for my clients who are needing to improve their mood,

Focus,

Or attention.

This is an amazing practice to do in the mornings,

And for myself,

It really prepares me for deeper meditation and gives me an energy boost that I love.

We will do three rounds of dynamic breath,

And end with plenty of space for self-guided meditation and grounding at the end.

In each round,

We will do a 2-2 count even breath like this,

In and out through the mouth.

We'll do about 30-40 rounds of this up-regulated breath,

Followed by a deep inhale and complete exhale and then hold the breath.

We will hold our breath for several seconds,

And then I will cue you to take a big inhale through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely for our second breath hold.

We'll take a few extra sips,

And then we'll hold this breath for several seconds,

And finally completely release with a long inhale,

Letting our breath return to normal,

And have a couple of regulating breaths before we start the next round.

Do not worry about remembering all of this,

Just follow my lead.

I will guide you every step of the way.

If at any time you feel panicky,

Or the breathing feels too much,

You can always slow your breath down or even shorten the breath holds.

This is your practice,

Make it your own.

If you have a tendency to be light-headed,

You may want to do this lying down,

I personally prefer to do it seated,

So find what works best for you.

Following the last round of breath work,

We will allow our breath to return to normal,

And our nervous system to calm and ground.

At this point,

Your mind will be primed for deep meditation,

So make use of the music at the end for self-guided meditation.

Let's get started.

Let's begin with just a regulating breath,

A nice deep breath in,

And exhale.

One deep breath in from the base of the spine,

Filling the belly,

The chest,

And the head,

And then exhale it all back out.

Continue with this nice even breath for another round,

And then we'll begin our two-two even breath in and out through the mouth.

Let's go.

Keep it going just like that,

You've got this,

In and out,

Through the mouth.

Fill your lungs completely,

Every breath in and out.

You're almost there,

We'll take a deep inhale in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one.

Big inhale in,

And exhale it all the way out.

Empty your lungs completely,

And hold your breath,

Relax your shoulders,

Let yourself Just sink into the music,

Holding the breath,

Take an inhale through the nose,

Filling the lungs completely in three,

Two,

One,

Let's go.

Fill the lungs completely,

Little sips in,

Relax your shoulders down,

Let go in your belly,

Hold your breath,

And we'll release in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one,

Exhale it out.

Great job,

That's the end of round one,

Let your breath return to normal,

Nice deep breath in,

And exhale,

One more just like that,

Deep breath in,

And exhale,

We'll start round two in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one,

In and out through the mouth.

You've got this,

Keep going,

Keep it going,

You've got it.

Get ready for our big inhale in five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

And one,

Big inhale in,

Exhale it all the way out,

And hold the breath,

Holding in,

Relax into the music,

And let yourself go,

Holding the breath,

We'll inhale in three,

Two,

One,

Big inhale through the nose,

Fill the lungs completely,

Little sips in,

Relax your shoulders down,

Hold your breath,

Allowing yourself to tap into your power,

And then exhale it all the way out,

Great job everybody,

That was the end of round two,

Let your breath return to normal,

Big breaths in and out,

We've got one more round,

You've got this,

Let's go,

Deep breath in and out through the mouth,

This is your final round,

Give it everything you've got,

In and out,

Almost there,

Keep it going,

And get ready for a big inhale,

Deep inhale through the nose,

Let's go,

Exhale it all the way out,

Let yourself just float away,

You can do it,

Hold your breath,

And we'll get ready for a deep inhale,

Let's go in through the nose,

Fill the lungs completely,

Little sips in,

Hold your breath,

Relax your shoulders,

This is it,

Make it count,

Holding it,

Hold it,

And exhale it all the way out,

Great job everybody,

Let's just return our breath to normal,

Nice regular breath in and breath out through the nose,

And through the nose,

Just begin to feel the base of your spine against the seat,

Bring your awareness deep below you,

Into the floor,

Deep into the earth,

Up through the base of your spine,

And exhale it all the way back down,

Bring your awareness now to your heart center,

Just breathing into your heart,

Connecting with the deepest,

Most divine part of yourself,

Allow yourself to rest here,

Connected to your heart,

And to the most,

Allow yourself to just be present.
