This is Linda Lang from ThoughtChange.

Join me for this meditation to help you connect with the wisdom within.

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position.

Sit with your spine straight and close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale slowly and let go of any tension in your body.

Allow the outside world to fade away as you turn your attention inward.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Feeling the breath fill your lungs.

Hold for a moment and exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any stress or tension.

Repeat this cleansing breath,

Focusing solely on the rhythm of your inhale and exhale.

Feel your body relaxing with each breath,

Bringing you into this present moment.

Shift your awareness to the crown of your head.

Feel a gentle warmth and relaxation spreading from the top of your head down to your forehead and then to your eyes and jaw.

Allow this relaxation to flow through your neck,

Your shoulders,

And down your arms.

Feel the weight of any tension melting away.

Now bring your attention to your chest.

Notice the gentle rise and fall with each breath.

Sense the beating of your heart,

A rhythmic reminder of life flowing through you.

Let this awareness extend down to your stomach,

Feeling your abdomen rise and fall.

In harmony with your breath,

Travel down to your hips and pelvis.

Feel the support beneath you.

Allow any remaining tension to release as you move your attention down through your thighs,

Your knees,

Calves,

And ankles.

Feel the energy flowing freely through your legs and feet.

Enhancing your connection to the earth.

Deeply grounding yourself in this present moment.

Bring your focus back to your breath once again.

As you breathe in,

Visualize the breath as a soft glowing light entering your body.

Let this light travel to any areas of your body.

Let this light travel to any areas that may still hold tension or discomfort.

As you exhale,

Envision that light carrying away any negativity or stress,

Leaving you in a state of serene calmness.

Now turn your attention to your heart center.

Imagine a radiant light,

The essence of your inner wisdom glowing within your heart center.

As you breathe in,

With each breath,

This light expands,

Reaching every corner of your being.

Feel the warmth and wisdom emanating from your heart.

Continue to breathe deeply.

Ask your body if there are any messages or guidance it wishes to share.

Trust that your body holds profound wisdom gained through experiences and intuition.

Notice any sensations,

Feelings,

Or images that arise simply being present with the body and the wisdom it wishes to share.

Thank your body for the wisdom it carries.

Appreciate the opportunity to connect with your inner self.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale slowly.

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes.

As you return to the awareness of the space around you,

Carry the tranquility and insights gained into your day.

Remember,

The wisdom of your body is always accessible,

Patiently awaiting your conscious presence.
