Just take a moment,
Sit with an upright spine,
And connecting to our breath is a very good thing.
It connects us to our inner intimacy with ourselves.
Because breathing is a movement that we know from the first moments of the birth.
It's a deeply trustworthy movement.
All the ages of our life we were breathing.
When we went through difficult times,
When we went through good times,
We were breathing.
Our breath is a close ally and a deep friend.
Not only do I know the breath since the beginning of my life,
But all my ancestors were breathing for their entire life.
It's deeply wired in my DNA.
It's wired in my lineage.
And it's wired in life.
Breath went through millions of challenges and millions of achievements.
Over and over again.
Culminating in the moment now.
And all of it is what I connect to when I feel my breath.
I feel myself sitting.
Breathing.
Being.
And every time when you exhale that you can drop a little bit deeper into the body's sensations.
My body is made out of many,
Many,
Many tiny sensations.
Perception of my body is movement.
My nervous system is channeling information up and down through my body.
Then I want to,
As I feel my body,
I want to see,
Okay,
What are the areas in my body where I know that I'm holding or feeling stressed right now?
When you feel your body,
Are there areas of stress?
Do I feel very relaxed right now and open?
Or are there fields of stress within the relaxation?
Or do I feel very tense?
Can I just listen?
So once you spot some areas in your body where you feel more stressed,
Just bring your attention there.
Gently.
I can feel my whole body.
I can feel my breath and my sitting.
And I also feel the area that's stressed,
Where I feel stressed.
Where I hold stress,
Where there's chronic stress stored.
And then I softly or gently feel and listen to that area.
See if the stress comes with an emotion.
If it's coupled with an emotion.
If it's coupled with a dissociated emotional field.
And I keep on listening gently.
What that part of my body,
Plus the stress,
Maybe plus the emotion,
Want to tell me.
And I gently feel it.
An open closeness.
Getting closer to that stress.
I really want to feel it in my body.
Without needing to understand.
If information arises,
What it's connected to,
Great.
If nothing arises,
Great.
I'm here to explore.
Be curious.
Maybe as I tune in with that field of stress,
Maybe it's connected to other areas in my body that are also stressed.
Maybe it's relaxing a bit and down-regulating.
Whatever is happening,
Let's stay with it.
See if you can tune your feeling awareness a bit softer.
Feel yourself a bit softer than you do it right now.
Gentle.
We are not exploring a problem.
We are going for dinner with a friend.
Every level of stress is there for a good reason.
If it's stored in the body,
It has a good reason in the past.
Keep on gently breathing.
Constantly feel both my grounding in the body.
I can feel my body.
And I feel that field of stress.
Maybe it helps me to down-regulate the stress.
Take a deep breath.
Let go of the stress if it's still there.
Maybe it's reduced itself a bit through the attention.
Let me take a deeper breath to make some more space inside again.
And then I set the intention,
Okay,
I want to connect to my soul.
Even if I don't know what that is,
Even if I don't have a clear understanding,
We often don't,
Set the intention to connect to the essential energy that came into life,
Into this life,
My life.
And either you listen to the depth of your heart,
Or you listen,
I guess if you listen in between your ears,
Above your head.
Let's say,
Okay,
I open myself.
I connect to the intention.
I'm in a level of not knowing.
Keep on gently breathing.
And I listen.
I feel what happens in my inner world just by setting that intention.
Maybe nothing happens.
Maybe something is slightly changing.
Whatever it is,
It's good.
It's kind of an attunement to what's really essential in your life.
It's really essential in my life.
And all the superficial activities drop away what's really deeply meaningful for me.
So either I tune in to the depth of my heart,
This field above my head,
And I listen above my head,
Or I tune in to what's deeply meaningful and essential.
I just lived the most essential life I can imagine.
That's the attunement.
I just focus on the most meaningful,
Important,
Creative aspects in myself,
In life.
My contribution to life deeply,
Deeply drives me.
The river I'm swimming in.
If I let go of most of the things in my life,
What's the most essential resonances,
Aspects,
Interests,
Motivations I keep?
A real calling in my life.
Maybe that's just a feeling.
Maybe it's not clear thoughts,
But maybe there is a resonance inside myself I can feel.
And I focus on essence,
Essential moments in my life.
Essential moments of creativity,
Of growth,
Of going through something.
My deepest calling.
And as you do that,
To feel like this vertical resonance.
There's a resonance when I tune in with the world,
People,
Situations.
There's a vertical resonance when I tune in with purpose,
Flow,
The future.
Before we finish this attunement,
In this space that you are in right now,
If you have one question or one intention for or about healing,
Within that space,
That inner space,
You can ask your own inner world a question.
And not for it being answered right now,
But for it being activated as an information field to be answered through your life.
Maybe through intuitions,
Maybe through people,
Talks,
Books,
Whatsoever.
But a deeper question about healing,
A question that you are walking with for a longer time.
Or an intention for something to resolve,
To heal,
To bring insight.
Once you formulated that,
If you want,
For yourself,
Just let it drop into the depths.
Let it go.
And then take a couple of deeper breaths.
Gently open your eyes.
