Hello and welcome dear friend.

Welcome to your daily presence.

This is number 40.

For myself,

What I've concluded on this journey,

This journey of discovery that began maybe,

I would say intently,

Seven or eight years ago and was really moved forward in a powerful way in 2018 when I began classes towards my ministerial coordination with Unity Worldwide Ministries.

What has become evident is that practice is practice is practice is practice.

And like anything,

The more I practice,

The clearer,

The more precise something becomes.

And the more expansion there is,

The more ways there are to learn,

The more openings present themselves.

I can often think of this daily practice similar to when I practiced as a musician,

Playing continually,

Making habits,

Learning how my body would respond,

Learning how to separate my mind from my hands,

From my feet,

Allowing independence to show up within myself.

And so with that,

In number 40 of our daily presence,

I invite us to reflect on our practice.

So take a moment now.

I invite you to be comfortable,

To allow yourself to be here.

And what I mean by that is to let go of any preconceived notions of how this is supposed to be or how you're supposed to show up or the way Thomas is supposed to speak or the words he's supposed to say and allow yourself to be here.

And if you're comfortable,

Close your eyes and continue to breathe.

And I invite you to see if these words will land somewhere for you that brings you more strength,

More purpose,

More meaning.

We deepen our practice to lift ourselves up.

As we move in this circular motion of opening,

Unfolding,

Gathering and contracting,

We expand with each new cycle and meet each new horizon with newly attuned wisdom.

This is our journey and we best honor our life soul with the faith and trust of a child.

And so let this be our truth.

Let this be our truth for today and open ourselves to honoring our truth for tomorrow.

Namaste.

Thank you for these wisdom filled contemplations, I’ve enjoyed them all. They say a habit is formed in 40 days… and I know this to be true. With gratitude. Love and Light always Sue
