Welcome, Friend and fellow traveler. This is number 21 of your daily presence. And when I read the first line of a feeling of unity has been stirred within me, I couldn't help but think of that idea of all of us being unified. The unified field, The quantum field, The universe unfolding as one. All of us being a part of that oneness and yet, And yet also remaining unique to ourselves. So wherever you are, Settle in. If you're seated, Just nestle in a little deeper. If you're laying down, Allow yourself to just rest upon the earth. Take a nice deep breath in. And now a nice long exhalation. Again, Allowing yourself to feel into this moment. If it's comfortable, Close your eyes and allow my words to ring and resonate. A feeling of unity has been stirred within me. I see all as being one and all as a unique expression of the divine. It is enough to breathe and to be present within each moment. It is enough to hold myself in a place of curiosity while maintaining gratitude for the wonder that is before me. Within each moment, I can experience joy and I can look for joy within any hardship. Great blessings are forever traveling toward me. And so it is.
