Hello and welcome to this five minute simple breathing meditation.

Everyone can set aside five minutes each day to increase focus,

Open the mind,

And achieve desired goals.

All you need to do is breathe,

Relax,

And follow my voice as your guide.

I will teach you the important and simple methods in meditation that will benefit every aspect of your life.

Daily mindfulness practices can be done at any time of day and it's highly encouraged that you do not skip a day in order to fully experience the great changes that you are making in your life by doing so.

So let's begin.

Get into a comfortable position and make sure that you're in a space where you won't be disturbed.

Breathing is the most important thing we do.

It is keeping you alive yet most of us do not notice our breath all day and some even for several years.

This is why it's so crucial to our physical and mental health to oxygenate our bodies fully and consciously.

So we're going to take five deep full breaths together.

So one,

Fully inhale positive energy and exhale by just letting go of your breath into a state of relaxation.

Two,

Inhaling goodness and exhaling into relaxation.

Three,

Inhaling acceptance and exhaling any judgment.

Four,

Inhaling health and clarity and exhaling into serenity.

And five,

Fully inhale desire and achievement and exhale into complete relaxation,

Letting go of all concerns from your daily life,

Continuing the breaths at your own pace and your own time.

Now just become aware of your body and the space around you.

Notice how the space around you hugs to your shape.

Notice the feeling of your weight pressing down and even see if you can feel the earth below you as it's pressing up and supporting you.

Now become aware of the very top of your head.

Put all your focus there,

Noticing any sensations you have and moving down your focus to your eyes.

Feel how they feel and notice the tiny movements they're making.

These movements relax you even further.

Notice your nose and feel the air passing through as you breathe in and breathe out,

Taking your awareness down to your neck.

If you notice any tension,

Just ask to release it.

Noticing any sensations in your body and continuing to use your breath to become more relaxed and comfortable.

Perhaps you can feel your heart beating,

Pumping with love,

Bringing your focus now to your belly and all your vital organs.

Noticing your hips and the sensation of weight pressing down as you relax deeper and deeper,

Taking your awareness down your legs all the way down to the tip of your toes.

You've now become aware of every part of your body and this is a beautiful meditative practice.

Meditating these few minutes every day to yourself and practicing this mindful technique will allow you to work through your problems,

Help you face any stress,

Fear of failure,

Lack of confidence,

And so much more.

Every day take several full deep breaths,

Allowing for you to let go of anything that's bothering you.

If you find yourself exhausted,

Simply use this meditation to take a moment to stop,

Breathe,

And regroup.

If you take the next 10 days to make this a habit and part of your daily routine by pausing and breathing,

You will find you're on a path to a successful and happy life.

Remember,

You always have a choice to move into a direction of happiness and relaxation.
