Hi guys and welcome to your meditation.
I'm so happy you're dedicating the next 10 minutes for yourself.
Today's meditation is going to be focused on finding peace and contentment in this present moment.
We are often fixed on thoughts of the future or stuck analysing the past.
This moment right now is all we have.
You can only control the moment that you are in.
Taking this time to find peace and contentment with where you are now.
Freeing yourself of the potential burdens of tomorrow.
With this in mind,
Let's now begin our meditation together.
Find a comfortable spot sitting with your legs crossed.
If you need to,
You can rest your back against the wall for support.
Rest your hands on your knees and close your eyes.
Let go of any tension.
Allow yourself to become one with the breath.
Noticing your inhale and your exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
And again,
Inhale and exhale.
Let yourself release into the breath.
As you breathe in,
Feel your body fill with energy and life.
And as you exhale,
Let go of any negative energy.
Feel your chest and your belly expand and contract.
Noticing the gentle movements in your body.
Being in tune with the rhythm of your breath.
There's no need to change anything or force anything to be a certain way.
Just relax and let yourself find peace.
This is your time and you are exactly where you're meant to be.
Feel your body relax more and more.
Any worries.
Any burdens.
Anything that you've been carrying around on your shoulders.
Anything that's been weighing you down.
Choose to let that go.
Choose to release it.
Allowing you to find peace and contentment in this moment.
As you feel your body becoming even more and more relaxed,
Repeat this mantra slowly to yourself.
I am at peace.
I am content.
I am at peace.
I am content.
I am at peace.
I am content.
At first you might not feel it and that's okay.
Keep repeating it to yourself.
Your words are very powerful.
It's very normal to get distracted.
Notice when your thoughts wander and gently guide your awareness back and continue repeating those words.
I am at peace.
I am content.
I will now leave you in silence for a few minutes until you hear my voice again guiding you out of your meditation.

Begin to deepen your breath.
Taking a slow full breath in through your nose and a full releasing exhale out through your nose.
Bringing awareness and energy back into your body.
Releasing the mantra and carrying that feeling of peace and contentment with you as you continue with your day.
