Hello and welcome back to the 20 day meditation challenge.
Today we are on day 14.
You've moved through two entire weeks of meditation,
So take a moment to be really proud of yourself for committing this time for you.
It takes a lot of courage to show up and set boundaries for yourself and to just dedicate time for you.
So when you're ready to,
You can go ahead and set up your space,
Pausing the recording if you need,
And then making your way to a comfortable seated or lying down position.
And you can close down the physical eyes,
And start to just notice the temperature of the air on your skin,
Noticing any sounds you're hearing,
And becoming aware of the breath,
Feeling all the tiny muscles of the eyes start to soften and release,
Feeling the jaw soften,
Letting the shoulders fall a little further from the ears,
And then place one hand on your heart,
And one hand on your belly,
Starting to deepen your breath,
Feeling the chest and the abdomen expand as you breathe in,
And the softness and release as you breathe out.
And now bringing to mind the space you created that is just your own.
Walking around your space,
Tracing your fingers over surfaces within your space.
Looking around,
Feeling the comfort and safety that washes over you as you make your way over to the chair that is designed just for you.
You take a seat,
And reflect back on the list you created yesterday,
Just scanning through the things you wrote down that you wish to call in for the year ahead,
And then feeling into your body.
How do you feel about being able to call in the items on your list?
When you think of receiving these items,
Where do you feel that in your body?
Perhaps it's in the shoulders,
The heart,
Maybe in the belly,
Or the hips,
And if you're not sure,
That's okay.
And when you think about receiving these items,
What feeling washes over you?
Perhaps a sensation of doubt,
Perhaps fear,
Excitement,
Ambition.
And then,
What feeling washes over you when you think about being able to receive the items on your list?
And when you name that feeling,
See if you can notice where you're feeling it in your body,
And take your time doing so now.
If you named a positive emotion,
Allow yourself to breathe that sensation in and out of your body for the rest of this meditation.
And if you named a sensation,
A negative belief,
Perhaps fear,
Doubt,
Inadequacy,
Disbelief,
Doubt,
Follow that feeling to when you first became aware that you were unable to have the things you desired.
See if you can follow that feeling back to a memory when you first believed you were unable to have what you desired.
Take your time,
And see if you can notice how old you are,
And what is happening around you.
And when you find that memory,
I want you to walk over to this version of yourself.
Ask them what they're feeling.
And then beginning to validate and acknowledge their feelings.
Doing this until the version of yourself feels lighter,
Shifted,
And in a more positive state than when you found them.
And then saying to this version of yourself,
You are worthy and capable of having everything you desire.
You are good enough.
Your needs matter.
You are loved and appreciated.
I hear you.
I am here for you.
And you are worthy of receiving everything you desire.
Repeating this as long as you need.
And then placing your hands on top of your thighs.
Repeating to yourself a positive statement that parallels the negative belief or feeling.
While tapping on your legs,
Left,
Right,
Left,
Right,
And repeating this statement to yourself.
And then releasing the statement,
Continuing to tap left,
Right,
Left,
Right.
And then bringing back a positive statement,
Repeating it to yourself as you continue to tap left,
Right,
Left,
Right.
And then releasing the statement.
Resting your hands on your thighs,
You take a big breath in.
Complete breath out.
And coming up when you're ready.
