Hello friends,
Welcome to this Lectio Divina on the fourth part of Psalm 106,
Reading these words through three times.
Take a few moments to settle in and arrive into your space,
Into your body,
Into your breath and into this moment where the Beloved finds you and is waiting and is offering her great presence and tenderness.
As you arrive,
Open your heart,
Open your spirit,
Open your body to receive the goodness of these words.
Breathe deeply,
Soften and sink and be here,
Held in the goodness of divine love.
As I read these words for the first time,
Let them come and let them go without attaching to any in particular.
The fourth part of Psalm 106.
May we embrace creation as a whole and become attuned to all the world.
May we be blessings to the universe and see divinity in the within and without of all things.
Oh great hunter,
Search our beings,
Awaken our inner eyes and ears.
Come into the secret room of our hearts and be our guest.
Help us to understand and embrace the fears that bind us.
That we may grow in courage and challenge injustice wherever it prevails.
For as we withdraw our projections upon others,
Balance and harmony adorn us.
Our peaceful presence becomes blessings to the world.
We become one with all of creation.
Yes,
As our hearts are awakened to your presence within us,
We are led back to the source of all life.
Call us,
Oh beloved,
To spaces of solitude and times to befriend the silence.
On this second reading,
Become aware of any words or phrases that capture your attention.

Yes,

We are led back to the source of all life.
Call us,
Oh beloved,
To spaces of solitude and times to befriend the silence.
On this third and final reading,
Let the words and phrases you are drawn to settle within your being.
Welcome the gift that they want to be to you at this time.
Welcome their encouragement,
Their hope and notice how you want to respond to them.
What are they drawing from you to the beloved,
To the universe,
To the world and to yourself?
May we embrace creation as a whole and become attuned to all the world.
May we be blessings to the universe and see divinity in the within and without of all things.
Oh great hunter,
Search our beings.
Awaken our inner eyes and ears.

Call us,
Oh beloved,
To spaces of solitude and times to befriend the silence.
As I've been recording this,
My yellow labrador moth has been asleep and snoring.
So I pray that the peace that she has been experiencing during this reading will also be yours.
May you know yourself so tenderly and gently held.
May peace and rest and reassurance be yours whenever it's needed.
Go softly,
My friends.
Amen.
