This gentle mediation incorporates the seasons and what they represent alongside the four parts of breathing. Spring as the time to inhale and awaken. Summer as the fullness of life and fruitfulness - the pause at the top of the inhale when the lungs are full. Autumn as a time to let go and surrender - the exhale. Winter as a time of uncertainty and emptiness - the pause after the exhale. The meditation also offers a simple question related to each part of the breath cycle and season.
