So what I want you to do is I want you to get really comfortable.
Please do not do this driving.
Get in a place where you're comfortable,
Where you can take a few minutes and just perhaps close your eyes,
Just allow yourself to slow down,
Allow yourself to be really,
Really in touch with the internal part of it.
So taking a moment and decide right now that it is safe for you to release anything you need to release,
Related to the fear of being more visible,
Related to stories of difficulty with marketing.
So decide right now in this moment,
I decide to be free of this,
There we go.
I decide to create a new identity related to marketing.
I decide to integrate new teaching,
New truth.
I decide to bring forward marketing that feels light and of highest service.
I choose to grow into step into the me,
The person that markets with ease,
That understands that truly marketing is serving at the highest level.
I say yes to that now,
So we're going to start with what we want,
But just feel that.
So I want you to envision in front of you,
There's a big fire,
There we go.
So just notice a big fire,
Like we're having a big bonfire and we're going to have burning,
We're going to burn some old beliefs.
So I want you to approach the fire,
Stay at a safe distance where you can throw things in the fire,
But you feel safe.
And I want you to right now,
Anything in your conscious mind that you know holds you back,
Like children should be seen and not heard,
Any family stories,
Anything that you can just go,
Oh,
Absolutely.
Oh yeah,
Yeah,
Yeah.
Marketing's hard.
It would be icky.
I could fail.
Anything that,
You know,
Search yourself,
Anything consciously that you know is holding you back from being the shining and just being out there in the highest,
Most self-expressed beautiful way.
So I want you to imagine you can take the energy of those things and you're going to put them in your hands,
All the thoughts,
All the beliefs,
Because it's just energy.
And you're just going to throw them into the fire.
Nice.
Go now.
Taking another breath.
I want you to imagine that since we swim in this collective,
Anything that might not be your personal experience,
But is in the collective,
Like women shouldn't be selling themselves.
It's hard to sell.
Only,
Only pushy women ask for money in sales,
Like anything that's in the collective that you know,
You should give it away.
You shouldn't charge so much.
Anything that's in the collective,
Perhaps,
You know,
Your,
Your family talked about filthy money or filthy rich,
Or they cast dispersions on people that had money and were successful.
Anything like that.
There we go.
Oh,
That's a big one.
Imagine you could take that out of your body and from the surrounding area of you and just go into the fire now.
Go now.
Go now.
And since we are products of our ancestors,
This is the epigenetic aspect.
Anything that you know of your family history.
My family is from Ireland and there was the famine and there was a lot of struggle.
Life is hard.
You have to struggle.
Anything like that.
Anything that you know that from your family history,
There's a chance that you brought this in.
Allow it to come forward.
And then you're going to put it in the fire now.
There we go.
Anything from religious,
Church,
Community,
Family,
Cultural,
Ethnic,
Any,
Any beliefs or teachings that you should play small.
It's more,
It's more worthy to be humble.
You can't,
You know,
My Irish grandma would say,
Don't be putting on airs,
Which means don't be putting yourself up.
Don't talk about yourself.
Don't highlight your accomplishments.
Anything that you heard or you are aware like,
Oh,
That's very cultural.
We just keep our heads down at work.
We don't brag.
We don't talk about our accomplishments.
Anything like that.
Bring to the surface.
We're going to grab.
We're going to throw into the fire now.
Just move your body for a moment.
And I want you to imagine that.
And we're going to ship the scene.
And now you are in a beautiful open space.
Could be a beach.
It could be a meadow.
Beautiful woods.
And in front of you is the you.
It has mastered.
The you that loves to market that is so filled with joy and confidence.
She's walking towards you.
The one that's like,
Oh,
My God.
Marketing is easy.
I love to share my stuff.
And I know your conscious brain is like,
What?
Be quiet.
No,
No,
No,
No,
No.
Don't even give it any time.
Be in the energy of the you that the desired state,
The you that already has.
She's already doing it.
And allow her to come closer to you.
And I want you to ask her some questions.
And the first question is,
How did you switch?
What is the identity you embodied?
To be confident and joy filled with your marketing.
Allow her to share that with you now.
Remember,
You don't have to put plans together.
Just listen for the identity shift.
What beliefs does she have that you don't currently possess that enable her?
To just step into this marketing role with just joy and the understanding that this is her highest service.
What beliefs?
And then I want to ask,
What did she have to let go of in order to be this new creation?
This person that has an identity of marketing,
A mindset of marketing that really supports her.
What did she have to let go of?
Taking a few breaths.
All right.
Here's the last piece.
I know you can have access to her anytime.
But here's the last piece we're going to do on the visualization.
I want you to at the count of three.
Because right now she's far away from you.
She's not you.
She's representation in the future.
But what if she could step into you?
So I want you to imagine you could grab that her,
That woman that's out there in the future.
You literally take it and just merge it into the you that is right now.
There we go.
Pull that into your present time experience.
So it's living in you.
The future you is living in you now.
There we go.
Ooh,
Feel that.
And with her on board,
What's different?
Notice what changes for you.
Yes.
Take another couple moments.
And I'm going to ask you to make a commitment.
Make a commitment to your business.
Make a commitment to your future clients.
Make a commitment to the soul of you who is here to serve.
So maybe the commitment is I commit to share my gifts more.
You could be really bold and say,
I commit to fearlessly.
Marketing.
I commit to getting in front of the most amount of people that I need to get in front of.
I commit.
To sharing,
Saying what needs to be said and taking a stand for the people that need the help that they need me.
And the only way is if they can find me and they understand me.
So I commit to taking a stand and being that lighthouse.
I can bring them to me when I'm free to express and market and just share what I need to share.
I commit to that now.
That's a powerful one.
