Welcome to this guided meditation for connecting with your inner child.

This journey will guide you to a place of healing,

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position where you can relax,

Free from distractions.

Gently close your eyes,

Take a deep breath,

And prepare to meet your inner child with kindness and an open heart.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

Let's take a moment to connect with our breath.

Inhale deeply,

Filling your lungs with fresh air,

And exhale slowly,
