Begin by finding a quiet,

Comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Allow your body to relax and your mind to become calm and centered.

Now,

Imagine yourself in a peaceful,

Nurturing place where you feel safe and supported.

This place can be a serene garden,

A warm,

Cozy room,

Or any other setting that feels comforting and secure to you.

As you stand in this healing space,

Invite a wounded part of you to come forward.

This part may carry past traumas,

Pain,

Or unresolved emotions.

Observe this part without judgment,

Simply noticing its appearance and the emotions it holds.

Take a moment to connect with this part,

Acknowledging the pain it has experienced and the role it has played in your life.

Express your gratitude for its presence and your desire to help it heal.

Now,

As your true self,

The wise and compassionate core of your being,

Visualize a healing light or energy emanating from your heart.

This light can be any color or texture that feels soothing and restorative.

Imagine this healing light flowing towards the wounded part,

Surrounding it and infusing it with warmth,

Love,

And compassion.

As this healing energy envelops the part,

Visualize its wounds beginning to heal and its appearance transforming,

Becoming whole and integrated within your internal system.

Take a few moments to breathe deeply and allow the healing process to fully unfold.

Feel the sense of relief and wholeness that comes from nurturing and healing this part of you.

Once the healing process feels complete,

Express your gratitude to the part for its willingness to heal and assure it that you will continue to support and care for it as you work together on your journey of growth and self-discovery.

Now,

Gently release your focus on the healed part and take a few deep breaths,

Bringing your awareness back to your body and the present moment.

Slowly,

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you feel ready,

Open your eyes.

Take a moment to reflect on the experience of healing your wounded part and consider how you can continue to nurture and care for your internal parts in your daily life.
