Greetings family and welcome to this journey into the sacral center,

The sacral chakra,

That energy vortex,

That bundle of nerves that lies in the ethereal body which is right outside the physical body and that channels in all of your motions from the ethers into your physical body.

When this chakra is blocked or is not up online,

It can threaten your ability to create abundance in your life,

To know that you are worthy of pleasure and of your own creativity.

Especially during these times,

Being able to bring in abundance is key,

But if what lies in that emotional body is something that doesn't make you feel good,

That has been cut off from your ability to know that you deserve,

Then this is an area specifically that we need to open.

It deals with your sexuality and your pleasure and being in touch with your drives and your discernment about your behavior.

When you have this intact,

It will allow you to grow emotionally and wholesomely.

It will give you fulfillment and joy at a very deep level and it will help you to form your connection with others in a much more healthy and joyous way.

So wherever you are,

Take a moment,

Sit back and get comfortable,

Either lying down,

Yes,

Or sitting up.

I prefer sitting up many times for these meditations because the energy flow that moves up and down the spine is really key.

And so when you're beginning practices,

It is a very good idea to sit up with the spine erect so that you can begin to move that energy that we are going to be working on.

So getting comfortable and taking that deep breath in,

In through the nose,

Hearing it move through the back of the throat,

And then feeling it fill the belly and holding it right there in the belly,

And then allowing it to go.

And again,

Breathing in through the nose,

Feeling it move up through the nose and back of the throat.

Don't be afraid to make that sound that comes with that ujjayi,

That yogic breath.

It kind of moves the uvula in the back of the throat,

Allow it to fill the belly,

Holding it in the belly,

Just gently,

But deliberately,

And then allowing it to go.

And again,

Taking that deep breath in,

A little bit more deeply than the breath before and allowing the belly to fill a little bit more than the breath before,

Holding it right there,

Holding it,

Holding it.

And now when you let it go,

Feel your belly,

Your abdomen,

Your hips,

And your buttocks relax even a little bit more.

Then coming back into normal breath and still being aware of the movement of the breath through the nose,

Into the belly,

And then letting it out,

Only this time letting it out through the nose,

In and out through the nose,

And keeping that circuit of in and out just through the nasal passages,

Sitting quietly with that.

As you take these next couple of breaths,

Just be aware of the lower back,

The middle back,

The upper back,

Right behind the heart.

Relax as well.

And beginning to feel that movement of air,

That breath,

That prana,

Your life force,

Breathing through your spine,

Really putting your attention there and noting what that feels like.

Relaxing the jaw at the same time.

Maybe it falls open,

Releasing the tension from the mouth and the tongue,

The cheeks,

The eyes,

The eyeballs,

The eyelids.

And as you are here,

Allow those eyeballs just to float up and back into the head,

Directing them into the center of the brain,

Stimulating that pineal gland.

And continuing with that breath with the eyes up,

You may notice the eyelids fluttering ever so slightly as they should.

See the eyelids just part,

Coming into that drishti buddha,

The dream state.

And as your back becomes more relaxed,

That movement of air through the spine,

Through the middle back now to the upper,

To the shoulders and into the neck,

You will find that the head relaxes even a little bit more,

Just letting it float,

The brain.

And that beautiful brain that unless you have a headache,

You don't put a lot of attention or thought to it.

But in this case,

Bring that attention right to the center of the brain,

Eyeballs up and back still.

You may feel a tingling,

An expansion,

An opening,

An elevation,

A warmth,

A calm,

A quiet,

A heightened or elevated feeling,

And yet ever so calm in your own thoughts.

Allowing that breath to move up into the nose and up into that center of the brain,

Just back and forth gently.

And just sitting with that for a moment.

Feeling around you as well,

Protecting you in the space,

An aura,

Your aura.

Know that you have this body,

These seven layers that sit around the outside of your body,

All the auric fields containing your physical body.

Being aware of that.

At the same time,

You're aware of that center point in the middle of the brain.

Be aware also of that light that is emanating from your body,

Always the light body emanating light and energy from your body.

It's always protecting you.

And just for fun,

See if you may be able to perceive that it has a color or multiple colors.

And if you can,

Know that those colors are related to those chakra points,

Those of vortices that lie throughout your body.

There are hundreds of chakras,

But we are focusing on the seven main chakras.

Those many times can be perceived in your auric field as colors if your very green,

Your heart chakra is active and is lit up.

You can see it in your aura outside.

If it's yellow,

It means your solar plexus,

That power,

Your inner sun is available for you.

Sometimes if those colors are duller or you can't perceive them,

It's because those points are blocked.

Today,

We will work on the sacral.

It is most represented by orange.

It is below the belly button within your pelvis.

It sits again in the etheric body and is responsible for channeling in all of that information,

What we're feeling in your emotional bodies and how it relates to what's happening in the physical body.

Picture visualizing and imagining an orange ball,

Maybe it's the size of an orange itself.

Picture that.

See the orange in your mind's eye,

What it smells like an orange,

What it tastes like when you take a bite,

What does it do inside your mouth,

How do you feel when you see an orange?

All of the essences of that orange know that it is a product from the central sun,

The father sun,

The great information,

The technology that keeps all life alive is held within an orange.

So when you put that inside that sacral chakra,

Allow it to expand to maybe two times the size of that orange radiating ball of vortex and opening,

Clearing away any debris,

Clearing away any emotional baggage in terms of lack and not being deserved of relationship,

Pleasure,

Abundance and creativity.

Go to a point perhaps somewhere,

Maybe recent or at another time in which you felt a lack and just go there for now,

Protecting yourself always,

Knowing this is only an exercise and that you were always protected when you felt you didn't deserve or possibly you inherited those emotions of not deserving or feeling that abundance was out of your reach,

That it wasn't for you because it wasn't for my family perhaps.

Many of those things come into play,

All of these beliefs that you've acquired that sit in the subconscious mind.

Now take that belief in your mind's eye,

Seeing that and now drop it from your mind's eye,

The thought about it into your heart.

How do you feel about it?

What does it make you feel?

What emotion does that bring up?

The emotion of lack,

Not being good enough,

Worthy of abundance,

What does that feel like?

Now picture,

Visualize and imagine you taking that feeling and dropping it right down into that sacral chakra.

How does it feel in that sacral chakra?

Can you feel the heaviness,

Maybe the blockage?

You can feel that it's impeding your ability to move forward in your relationships,

In your business.

That is a heaviness now in this exercise I'd like you to take that feeling back out and move it up into the heart space again where it originated.

I want you to now interject into that feeling the greatest amount of worthiness,

Joy and abundance that you had about something.

There's something I know there is.

Just find that where you were joyful,

You were abundant,

You felt worthy.

There was something in your life that made you feel this way.

When you have that,

I want you to wrap that abundance,

Beauty,

Worthiness,

Intimacy,

Connecting around the frequency of that unworthy time where you didn't feel good.

Just wrap it around it like a ball of light wrapping around another ball of light,

A sheath.

If you don't see a color in your mind's eye,

There is a feeling about it.

There is an essence.

Just allow that essence to penetrate into the entire structure and notice how that frequency,

The higher frequency of abundance and worthiness cancels out the unworthiness where you may notice with the feeling of a little smile on your face because those joyful times always trump the sad times because joy is a higher vibration.

Love is the high vibration emanating from your heart.

Notice how little by little the lower frequency of unworthiness begins to dissipate as it gets smaller and smaller and smaller as it shrinks down perhaps to the size of a pea or a piece of rice until on one,

Two,

And three it disappears.

What you have left is the ball of love and worthiness.

Keeping connected to that feeling,

Feeling that smile again with the corners of your mouth just beginning to lift and the harder you try not to smile,

The harder it will be for you not to smile for you will,

Right there you begin to feel the joy,

The warmth,

The smile begins to happen and pull at the corners of your mouth elevating and changing your entire frequency.

Notice it evolve over the body emanating outside into that field,

The oryx space outside and now allow that ball that's in your heart to move down to that channel right in front of the spine,

Down and down until it reaches into that sacral chakra right below the belly button in the pelvis and allow the joy to set and to expand.

Feel it warm not only your hips,

Your buttocks,

The perineum,

The lower back,

You begin to also feel it move down your legs,

Through your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Through your ankles all the way into the tips of your toes and as fast as that happens notice it also moves right back up to fill your entire body allowing you to have abundance back into self-worth and the knowingness that you are here to experience your life at the highest most intimate level.
