As you come to sit,
Allow yourself the grace of moving for a moment before coming into stillness.
Then you ground your seat into the earth and allow the crown of your head to reach towards the sky.
Notice the sensations of the heart.
Allow for breath to flow deeply in and out of the nostrils,
Down the throat and into the lungs and heart area.
And then allow it to freely flow back out.
Just noticing the sensations of every inhalation and exhalation.
Then rest your attention directly at your heart space.
This area at the heart is also known as the Anahata Chakra.
Anahata Chakra.
Anahata means unstruck or unhurt.
If you can,
Visualize the color of pale green.
Let it radiate from the space at the center of your being that begins at the size of a thumbprint.
Let it radiate from that small thumbprint size and allow it to grow outward in all directions.
Let the sensation and the feeling in the area grow so you are surrounded by a green light all around you.
Let the sensation and the feeling in the area grow so you are surrounded by a green light all around you.
This healing light,
This energy surrounds you,
Protects you,
Honors you.
Know that no matter what happens,
Your soul is unstruck,
Unhurt.
That any of life's challenges are here for the evolution of the soul.
And you are always protected by this green hue of light that is all around you.
If at any point you are feeling emotional,
Sad,
Angry,
Connect back to this sensation at the center of your heart,
The size of a thumbprint.
And remind yourself that you are unstruck,
Unhurt.
That at your core and your purest essence you are here to learn,
To grow,
To create.
This is your Earth school that you have come to learn pleasure,
Pain,
Joy,
Discomfort.
It is the evolution of your creative being.
Ultimately it is the act of unconditional love and acceptance of not only ourselves but of everyone,
Everywhere.
And as you visualize this pale green color surrounding you,
You may want to repeat the mantra,
I am divine love.
I am divine love.
I am divine love.
Over and over again.
Silently repeat that to yourself,
Keeping the green light in sight or letting go and focusing entirely on the mantra.
Connecting yourself with source energy.
I am divine love.
I am divine love.
I am divine love.
I am divine love.
I am divine love.
If the mind has wandered or gotten off track,
Gotten stuck in an emotion or feeling,
Simply notice and very gently come back to the heart.
You may even notice some heat here.
Come back to the green hue and begin the mantra again.
I am divine love.
I am divine love.
I am divine love.
I am divine love.
I am divine love.
Whatever the sensation you are feeling,
Notice that,
Letting go of the mantra.
Then ask yourself,
How can it be easier,
Lighter,
More air-like,
Softer,
Sweeter?
I invite you to sit in that energy for a moment,
In a lighter air,
Whatever feels easy to you.
Almost as if you could float in the green hue.
Your whole body feels light,
Easy,
Effortless.
Now return to the sensation of the breath and how it feels in the body,
Down your throat and into the heart,
Retiring the attention back to the Anahata Jaka.
Notice the state and quality of your heart now.
And one final time,
Ask it how it can be lighter,
Easier,
Freer.
Then when you are ready,
Taking all of the beautiful grace and lightness to your creative day,
Open your eyes and come back to the space.
