Declare It 3: No Compromise
Affirmative Incantation: Every step I take is an extension of my faith in the Divine Presence within me. Every trail I tread allows me to see through my junk and old stories. It is an extension of my faith in Divine Love surging through me. Every skip, every stride, every leap far and wide is an extension of my faith that Divine Intelligence always has my back. I do not chase, I attract. I do not race, I declare. What belongs to me will simply find me on the road I journey today, Because every step I take is an extension of my faith in my power to be the magnet of my greatness.

Three,

Faith Rivera wrote,
I close my eyes,
I open my heart.
I take a deep breath,
Let the healing start.
I lift my hands,
I plant my feet.
I let love in,
I feel the beat.
That's calling,
Calling,
Calling us to rise spirit in me.
When we are faced with challenges to our old ways of thinking,
Feeling,
Reacting,
Or being,
Or life feels uncertain and our footing seems somewhat unstable,
It's time to push past our comfort zone and maybe get new shoes.
There are the universal truths we can lean on and into to deepen our understanding of life and help us find our footing and new handholds to push past our comfort zone,
Bust through Soar and Zoom to our next adventure.
But what are those universal truths?
First,
I want to remind you what I talked about last week.
The L-Y words like typically,
Normally,
Usually.
Powerful words that can be used as an excuse or as a match to light the fire in your belly.
The most powerful L-Y word of all is faithfully.
Like declare,
It is a word of decisiveness and conviction.
A declaration,
Vow,
And pledge all rolled up into one belief that is self-made,
Self-regulated,
Self-induced,
And the most powerful action we can take in mind and body.
It creates the perspective,
Perception,
Conviction,
And thus the approach to everything in our lives.
Faith illuminates any darkness into light,
Helps us see everything as good,
Not necessarily good times,
But good information,
Good education,
Good support,
Even sometimes good confirmation of what not to do.
Ernest Holmes wrote in How to Use the Science of Mind,
Do we have enough conviction to turn away from negative conditions and mentally contemplate their opposites?
Can we turn away from poverty and accept abundance?
Can we turn away from illness and believe in health?
Can we separate ourselves from unhappiness and accept happiness?
Can we quiet all the discord long enough to contemplate harmony?
And do we have the courage to proceed based on this?
He's talking about faith,
Living faithfully.
Before we get any further,
Faith is not necessarily a religious thing or even a spiritual thing.
It comes from the Greek pastio.
I'm sorry,
Pastavo,
Which means believe.
And what do we teach?
We teach it as our belief in the universal law of cause and effect and our conviction,
Also a belief,
In the idea of what we want to manifest in our experience.
It doesn't matter if it is through prayer,
Meditation,
Contemplation,
Affirmation,
Or self-talk,
Whatever you want to call it,
However you want to do it.
When we reach a higher level of consciousness,
Recognizing the power within to decide,
Intend,
Believe,
And declare,
We must engage a conscious use of our creative power to navigate all kinds of challenges,
Conditions,
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Or beliefs and convert them into new ones that define the experience we desire.
We are equipped with one of the finest mental arts there is,
Living faithfully.
One way to return to faith is breath work,
Pranayama.
Mark Nepo wrote,
Breathing is the fundamental unit of risk,
The atom of inner courage that leads us into authentic living.
With each breath,
We practice opening,
Taking in,
And releasing.
Literally,
The teacher is under our nose.
When anxious,
We simply have to remember to breathe.
A Yale University study showed students who participated in a yoga and breath work program reported improvements in stress,
Depression,
Positivity,
Mindfulness,
And social connectedness.
Breath work centers and grounds you,
And it does so by allowing faith to reemerge where hidden or discarded.
There's also what they call the 4-7-8 method.
You close your lips and inhale through your nose for a count of four.
You hold your breath for a count of seven.
Then you exhale completely through your mouth,
Making a whoosh sound for a count of eight.
Try it with me.
Breathe in through your nose.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold.
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale with a whoosh.
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
How did that feel?
It's great.
I feel great.
I feel better.
Now,
There's also alternate nostril breathing,
Or what they call holotropic breath work,
And that was created by transpersonal Czech psychiatrist Stanislav and Kristina Grof.
And it's practiced with a qualified practitioner,
Usually to the rhythm of primal music with participants breathing rapidly under instruction for up to two hours or more to access higher states of consciousness and connect with the soul.
There's also shamanic breath work,
Which was developed by Linda Starr Wolf in the 1990s.
And with that,
There's a lot of smudging,
Chanting,
Setting of intentions,
Rhythmically breathing to primal music as practitioners invoke chakra readings,
Spirit,
Animal contact,
And other practices.
Of course,
I'm sure you've heard of the Wim Hof breath work,
Which involves three central pillars,
Exposure to cold,
Breathing,
But in a controlled hyperventilation sort of way,
And meditation.
The breath work part of his method involves taking 30 power breaths and then after that,
Taking a deep inhale and retaining your breath as long as comfortable,
Then exhaling.
And afterward,
Inhaling deeply for another 10 to 15 seconds,
Retain that,
And then exhale.
This process is repeated for three more rounds,
And you can find videos on YouTube doing it with Wim Hof himself.
Breath work opens up ourselves to our faith.
Another way to do this is practicing the presence,
Using prayer or meditation or any mind-body alignment modality,
Reminding ourselves of the principles of oneness,
Love,
Gratitude,
And creation to become aware of,
Awaken to,
And experience the one infinite reality and the sharing or expressing of that joy with gratitude and appreciation for the good already received.
We are knocking at the universe's door for more light and greater spiritual wisdom as we step into the joy of the communion with creation by opening up to the Christ consciousness that is within us.
Lao Tzu wrote,
I know the road is not always smooth.
It can be winding and bumpy with potholes and pain,
Trauma,
Etc.
,
Etc.
,
Etc.
But it's also surrounded by fabulous trees and flowers,
Majestic mountains,
Beautiful and fascinating landscape,
Different,
Unique,
Inspirational people,
Music,
Entertainment,
Etc.
If you look,
You will find it is as good a time to think about the tools that you have,
About the decisions that you've made.
That's what I do.
And it's okay to vent some.
Go ahead with the complaint and regret party for a couple of minutes.
But then,
Remember,
Like the road you drive on,
The road your mind is on can be changed by starting to practice the presence.
Again,
Some Ernest Holmes from his book,
My favorite book,
This Thing Called You.
He writes,
Turn fear into faith,
Loss into gain,
Failure into success.
Act as if you already have dominion over.
Dominion over whatever,
X,
Y,
Z.
You have dominion over your thoughts.
You have dominion over your feelings.
Remember,
Everything is God,
And God is in everything,
On every stone along the way.
Here's some more faith,
Rivera.
I'm ready,
My soul.
I clear my mind.
I'm here and now in present time.
I feel the power of a thousand suns lighting up the dark.
Oh,
We rise as one.
We are one.
One with the one infinite reality called by many names.
It is undivided,
Complete and whole,
An energetic force which creates everything out of itself.
It is the tangible and intangible of infinite opportunity.
The 3D world and the higher levels of the dimensions,
And the physical and metaphysical of a reality,
We can bend.
That is all there in itself,
In the itself that is within us.
Let us acknowledge divine order,
Regardless of conditions that are going on.
Let us know that when we judge our roads as rocky,
We look for the lesson and then make ice cream.
The future is bright with promise,
My friends.
You don't have to like it,
What's going on,
But love your past,
And fall in love with your future,
And understand that they are but continuations of the one unbroken chain of life.
With faith in who you are and the power within you,
There is no future to be afraid of,
And no past to bring discord into the present.
With faith in who you are and the power within,
You are in with the whole,
Expanding and expressing in conscious cooperation with the whole.
The universal power and law.
With faith in who you are and the power within you,
You are an ever-expanding principle of conscious intelligence,
Truly birthless,
Deathless,
Changeless.
God as man,
In man,
Is man.
And that is mankind,
Not gender man,
But all people.
God as person,
In person,
Is person.
The highest God and the innermost God is one and the same God,
And that is you.
So let us know together.
In this moment,
I affirm and remain firm for each and every one of you in the conviction that our lives are a part of the divine intelligence,
And this intelligence is incarnate within us.
And so we can have faith without compromise.
Faith in the masterpiece that is you and me,
No matter the conditions you see or feel now.
Faith in the universal power that breathes inside each of us,
Enlightening and boosting intuition,
Imagination,
And the skills of manifestation.
Faith in the pliability of the brain and the sovereignty of the mind.
Faith in our ability to move our mind,
Illuminate our heart,
And follow our true instincts.
Say this to yourself.
I allow.
I accept.
I receive.
I live.
And I share.
Soothing,
Healing,
Love.
I have faith.
I think with faith.
I live in faith.
I am a master of faith.
Joel Goldsmith reminded us in his book,
Practicing the Presence,
It is possible for anyone to change the trend in his life,
Not by hearing or reading truth,
But by making it an active part of consciousness and daily experience until it becomes a habit every moment of the day instead of an occasional thought.
Don't just listen to me.
Don't just take this to heart.
Do it.
Be it.
Live it.
Keep the faith with absolutely no compromise and watch your life soar with goodness,
Joy,
Prosperity,
Abundance,
Health,
Love,
And peace of mind.
Thank you so much.
Namaste.
