Taking some time to allow yourself to really connect and drop in to the safe space that is your body,
Maybe even taking a moment here to open up,
To set an intention to perhaps receive insight or clarity,
Or to simply connect deeper to yourself,
Your being and body,
Your path.
So starting by taking a few really big exhalations,
Allowing the breath to support you and dropping in,
Maybe taking one hand to the heart center,
One hand to the belly,
And just visualizing yourself here totally held in a cocoon-like structure as you drop into a deeper state of rest and safety.
And as we drop in like this,
Just seeing the separation between yourself and the outside world,
Knowing that this is your safe space and you get to choose what you invite in and what you ask to make its way out.
So starting to journey into the body,
Closing down the eyes or allowing the gaze to soften.
Perhaps this is your first time connecting to the body in this way,
Seeing the body as a landscape,
A place that has stored memory,
Wishes,
Hopes and dreams,
Perhaps hurts and pains,
But also so much beauty and love and expansiveness.
And as we drop into the body in this way,
We start to open up a new and very old form of communication,
A way of deep listening,
Of reconnecting to your intuition and instinct,
Of dropping into the power of the subtle.
So just continuing to breathe deeply,
Continue this journey inward.
And as you start to land and move through the physical body and your being,
Just start to take note of what you may feel,
What you may visualize or see,
Even any thoughts or insights that may be arising.
And for now,
We're just taking this as feedback,
Allowing the body to process in the way it knows how to,
And just really allowing the body to guide here.
Continuing to breathe deeply in and out through the nose if you can,
And feeling as though with each exhale you descend,
Drop in deeper into a deeply relaxed and receptive state.
And now visualizing a healing light with a tingling,
Sparkling energy starting to move all around the external body.
Visualizing this energy tingling and landing,
Clearing your aura,
Your energetic space,
Then landing onto your skin,
Landing like a soft mist.
Visualizing this slowly starting to immerse through your being,
Healing,
Soothing.
Visualizing it moving through every cell,
Every sinew,
Every organ and system.
And just following as it moves,
Trusting that it knows exactly where to go.
Allowing yourself to be guided into the limbs,
The torso,
The heart and the belly,
Moving up and down the spine,
Into the mind and the nervous system.
And now starting to scan over the body,
Taking note of any points of tension,
Any areas of constriction,
Tightness or pain.
Just breathing into these spaces,
Reminding them that they are held.
And taking a moment here to become curious with these sensations,
Inviting them to speak through sensation,
Memory,
Felt sense,
Whatever needs to arise here.
Allowing any emotions rise to the surface to be felt,
And then gently releasing in their own way,
Through their own natural process.
And now seeing the path before you,
A beautiful trail through a forest.
There's snow on the ground,
Noticing how it glistens in the moonlight.
You start to take one step at a time,
One foot in front of the other,
Noticing how at peace you feel and safe as you make your way on this trail,
Guided by moonlight.
And you notice different beings and animals in your periphery,
Taking note of who stands out,
Perhaps even guide some of the way.
And you start to collect rocks,
Branches,
Different pieces that you notice along the trail that you're gathering for something.
Continuing to walk here,
Noticing what comes to you with each step you take,
Allowing each step you take be a way of acknowledging your journey thus far.
Perhaps you even see mirages of people you've connected with,
Had experiences with,
Learnings and beauty.
You feel a warmth from everyone,
Even those that we may have had conflict or discomfort with.
We see the soul lesson in this space,
We see our oneness and our unity,
Connection,
What we came here to teach and learn from each other.
Continuing down the trail until you make your way to an opening,
What do you see?
Noticing a circular space here,
You notice a figure in the background.
It's one of your ancestors calling you forward.
They guide you and welcome you into the circle.
You place the pieces that you've been gathering down and they start to show you how and where to place them.
You follow their lead and listen to their teachings.
You feel a sense of home,
Creating a beautiful mandala together from the pieces you collected.
How does it look?
What symbol does it create?
Is it one of release or new beginnings?
Perhaps both.
Are there particular stones or crystals,
Leaves that mean something to you?
They take you by the hand and bring you back through the forest and wish you well on your journey,
Imparting a last piece of wisdom to you.
What do they say?
You continue to make your way through the woods until you notice a large stone.
You realize this stone has inscriptions.
You make your way forward,
Tracing your fingertips on the markings,
Creating memory through your being and your body,
Connecting you back to your ancestors.
Through the lines of your ancestry,
Their ways of knowing,
Sparking remembrance.
You notice an opening and realize this was the entranceway into a cave.
You make your way in with respect.
You take a seat and look around,
Noticing what you see.
There are markings on the wall,
Symbols,
Imagery.
You make note once again and start to make your way forward.
Deep in the darkness,
You start to see light beaming through from the other side.
You follow this and make your way out where you are greeted by some of your guides.
You feel a flush of warmth in your heart with this reunion and realization that they've always been with you every step of your journey.
Asking them anything that you need here and perhaps even asking them of what symbol to look out for when seeking guidance on your journey.
You thank them and you make your way forward onto the soft grass.
Someone is waiting for you here.
You take a seat beside them and you lie down,
Feeling a total sense of alignment,
Flow,
And ease in yourself.
Turning to this person beside you and sharing your experience,
Your realization,
Your experience,
The places that you've not been yourself,
Not been allowing yourself to be and express.
Telling them of how that felt in your body,
The constriction,
The lethargy,
The strain,
And the tiredness.
You feel a weight lifted and they tell you a light's returned in your eyes.
They remind you not to forget this and you say you won't.
Scanning over your journey,
These past days,
Weeks,
Months,
And even year,
What has been your journey?
What have been the blessings?
Sins?
The blessings in disguise?
The turning points and so-called wrong turns leading you back to this path.
Reminding yourself to trust and to remember this feeling of flow.
To have faith and courage to take the steps that you need and where you want.
Taking these final moments here to just really relish and soak this up.
Allowing for any final insights or clarity releases to emerge.
Either allowing yourself to slowly drift off to sleep or coming up when you're ready to write out anything about your experience in your own time.
