Take a moment and just pause.
Wherever you are,
Allow yourself to settle into the space.
Find a comfortable position,
Whether it's seated,
Lying down,
However you feel most at ease in this moment.
This is your time to let go of the noise around you and reconnect with the calm clarity within.
Now,
Let's begin with a deep breath in through your nose,
And a slow,
Steady exhale through your mouth,
And again in through your nose,
And out through your mouth.
Deep breath.
Just breathe in and out.
Each breath invites you to soften,
To release any tension you may be holding,
And to come home to yourself.
Now,
Gently bring your awareness to the sensation of your body,
Wherever it's touching the surface beneath you.
Feel the support holding you.
You are safe here.
Let your chair or the ground or the bed beneath you remind you that you are rooted,
Steady and supported in every moment.
As you simply breathe,
Imagine each exhale as releasing the weight of the external voices,
Pressures and expectations that you may be holding.
Feel the noise fading further and further away with every breath,
Like distant waves retreating from the shore.
With every inhale,
Invite a sense of spaciousness,
A quiet stillness that is uniquely yours.
Now,
Gently bring to mind a decision or situation that feels unclear to you.
There's no need to solve it right now.
Simply hold it gently in your awareness,
Like a pebble resting in your palm.
Notice how your body responds.
Are there areas of tightness,
Heaviness,
Resistance?
Take a moment to breathe into those spaces,
Softening and creating some room for ease.
Gently shift your attention to your heart center.
Go ahead and place a hand there if it feels comforting.
This is the home of your inner wisdom,
Your highest truth.
With each breath,
Imagine a soft,
Warm light glowing brighter in your heart center.
This light represents your clarity,
Your knowing,
Your voice.
As you sit with this light,
Ask yourself gently,
What truly matters to me most in this moment?
What feels aligned with my values and my highest truth?
Let the answers rise naturally to the surface,
No judgment,
No overthinking,
Simply noticing.
As this practice comes to a close,
Take a moment to thank yourself for pausing,
For listening,
For trusting.
Clarity doesn't come from forcing answers,
But through creating space to hear what's already within you.
Take in another deep breath and allow a long,
Steady exhale.
Bring a little movement into your body by wiggling your fingers or toes.
As you continue to deepen your breath,
Become aware of the space that you're in.
Feeling the air on your skin,
Hearing the sounds around you.
And when you're ready and in your own time,
I invite you to open your eyes and simply take in the colors and shapes that you first see.
And allow yourself to bring this sense of ease and clarity with you into the rest of your day.
Be well.
