Forgiveness guided meditation and sound bath.

Set the intention of gifting yourself the next 25 minutes to pause and relax.

Start to close your eyes,

Allow yourself to arrive and settle.

Start to bring awareness to your breath.

Begin to deepen your breath.

If your mind is still busy,

Just acknowledge the thoughts that are there without judgment.

Then bring your attention back to your breath.

Noticing how your belly expands as you inhale and how it falls as you exhale.

There is nothing to do in this moment but to stay here with your breath.

Now take your attention to your feet.

Allow your feet to relax.

Let your ankles,

Calves,

Shins and knees melt into the ground.

Allow both legs to grow heavy,

Warm and soft.

Releasing any tension you might be holding here.

Notice your buttocks,

Hips and groin relaxing.

They too become warm and soft.

Now take your attention to your lower back and stomach.

Letting the muscles here smile and relax.

This calm,

Relaxing sensation rises up the entire spine.

Now let the upper back and shoulder blades sink into the ground and start to relax your chest.

Release all the weight you're carrying in your shoulders.

Give yourself permission to let go completely.

And you begin to feel all the weight falling off you.

All you need to do in this moment is relax.

Your arms start to feel soft.

The softness travels down to your hands and fingertips.

Bring your awareness to your neck and throat.

Release all tension here.

Then let your jaw,

Lips and tongue relax.

Then your cheeks,

Eyes,

Nose and ears relax.

Your forehead softens,

Your brain melts and your entire skull relaxes.

Your entire body is soft and relaxed.

Just focus your attention on your breath.

Phantom contact phones If you feel any discomfort in your body,

Simply breathe and relax into it.

If emotions start to arise,

Allow it to be there.

If there is anger,

Resentment or irritation,

Frustration and stress,

Acknowledge it with compassion and love.

Practicing forgiveness is an effective way to reduce the anger and stress.

It can also boost happiness.

When we understand that everyone acts in response based on past conditioning and wounds,

We see that these actions are nothing personal and it allows us to extend compassion and forgiveness.

And if that is too difficult,

Remember that forgiving others,

It is not a question of whether they are deserving of it,

But simply because you deserve peace.

Allow yourself to embrace peace as you begin to enjoy the sound of the gong.

If you feel any discomfort in your body,

Please allow it to be there.
