We do not live in a world that often makes time for or encourages taking a break. This practice is part of a series on finding your balance in the everyday hustle. A practical, anytime, anywhere practice to help you begin your meditation and mindfulness journey. When we might be feeling depleted or in doubt, like we are running on empty, we can take a moment to share compassion. This is a micro version of mindfulness loving-kindness practice: the compassion time-out.
