Find a comfortable position.

Remove any distractions and let your body sink into your bed.

Before we begin,

Remember deep sleep is something your body is able and capable of doing.

I want you to take a moment and feel supported by your bed.

Know that the mattress and the pillow is supporting your whole body.

And if you haven't already,

Close your eyes.

We will start by taking a deep cleansing breath.

You can take your deep breaths on your own time.

As you breathe in,

Feel the breath supporting your body.

Hold the breath.

And as you release,

Let go of anything that is not serving you.

If you find a spot in your body of particular tension,

With the next breath,

Focus on that part of your body.

Breathe into it and let it out.

Focusing anywhere there is tension and breathing into it and out.

Repeat to yourself,

I am sleeping.

Slowly release all tension and relax.

Let go.

With each breath,

Relax more and more.

Each breath takes you a level deeper and deeper into relaxation.

It is okay to trust your body.

It is okay to trust your mind to relax.

And let go of anything from today that is not serving you.

And I wonder now on your next breath if you can relax even more deeper than before.

We'll start by focusing on your forehead.

And as we focus on your forehead and your temples,

Just think of smoothing them out.

Breathing and relaxing as you take another deep breath.

And as you reach a deeper and deeper level of relaxation,

Focus now on the back of your forehead.

Focus on clearing and relaxing any tension that is there.

As you take another deep breath,

You can focus on your eyes.

And I wonder now,

Can you relax them even more?

Just let go.

And we move down to the jaw.

Just let the jaw loosen.

Perhaps separate your teeth slightly.

Any tension in your jaw is released with the next breath.

You are safe.

You are safe.

And as we move down to your neck and shoulders,

You may want to move them around in order to relax them even deeper.

You may want to slightly shrug and then relax in order to let them go even deeper and release any additional tension.

And with that,

A relaxing sensation starts to move down,

Down your back,

Into your lower back.

As we relax any muscles that are still tight from the day.

And we focus on your hips,

Your stomach.

And you feel the sensation as you let go as if you're floating on a cloud.

Just floating so gently.

And that it's okay to let anything go that you've been holding on through the day.

And as you're relaxing,

You feel as if you can float down to another cloud that you see below you.

You gently float down,

Down.

And as you land on the next cloud,

Any tension in your legs and your calves is let go.

You're floating,

Drifting,

Relaxing.

Your ankles,

Your feet,

All the way down to your toes.

You are safe.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

You have floated down into a beautiful garden.

You realize the trees in this garden represent your life.

Perhaps a tree for relationships.

Perhaps a tree for health.

Perhaps a tree for money.

You notice one of the trees is looking a little dry.

I am sleeping.

It begins to rain.

The rain is filled with beautiful white light.

You know which tree and what the tree represents that could use some water right now.

As the rain hits your body,

You focus on sending the water from your heart to the tree that needs water and attention right now.

I am sleeping.

And as you do that,

I am sleeping.

You feel any worries and concerns just disappearing.

As those worries and concerns go deep,

Deep down into the earth and are transformed into love.

As the tree takes on water,

It starts glowing.

It looks radiant and beautiful.

And you know there is nothing to worry about.

You are safe.

I am sleeping.

You say to yourself,

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

And you realize that tomorrow,

Any issues that you had in your day will be resolved.

And that it is okay to sleep in peace and calm.

A deep,

Deep sleep.

You are safe.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.

I am sleeping.
