Sat Naam.
Let's begin by coming into a seated cross-legged position on the ground.
Or alternatively,
If you're sitting in a chair,
Just make sure that your feet are flat on the ground.
Sitting up tall,
Rolling your shoulders up,
Back and down.
Slightly tucking your chin in just to bring that last full extension to the top of your spine.
And when you're ready,
Go ahead and close your eyes,
Bringing your gaze up to your third eye point where it will remain for our practice.
Begin now rubbing the palms of your hands together,
Creating some heat and activating the energy portals that exist in your hands.
Now bringing your hands up to heart center in prayer pose,
Creating pressure between your palms,
Bringing both hemispheres of your brain into balance,
And then connecting the knuckles of your thumbs into your sternum.
This activates the central energy channel that runs between your root chakra all the way up through your crown.
And take a deep belly breath in through your nose,
Releasing completely through your mouth.
One more deep breath in and out.
And on our next inhale,
We'll tune in with the Adi Mantra,
Om Namo Gududev Namo,
Three times.
This connects us into our own divine inner wisdom within.
Inhale.
Om Namo Gududev Namo.
Inhale and hold at the top,
Squeezing your root lock like you're stopping the flow of urination and pulling the energy all the way up your spine.
And exhale.
Now keeping your eyes closed and focused up at the third eye,
Bring the pads of your fingertips down to meet the pads on the palms of your hands.
Thumbs remain out and bring them gently up to rest on your temples,
Angling your elbows just slightly inward.
Allowing your breath to flow naturally,
Begin mentally vibrating the sounds,
Sa,
Ta,
Na,
Ma,
As you rhythmically and gently clench your back molars with each sound.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
Inhale,
Holding your breath at the top.
And exhale.
Relaxing your arms and hands down onto your knees and just take a moment here to receive in silence.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
Namo Gududev.
And rub your palms together,
Bringing them back up to your heart center as we seal our practice with one long satnam.
Inhale.
Satnam.
