Welcome to this powerful meditation.

Today is the 11th of November.

The 11th 11th.

A powerful day,

A portal that many people reconnect to a moment in which the veil between the conscious and the subconscious becomes thinner.

A moment to reflect on yourself,

On your past,

On your present,

On your future.

A moment to reflect on your actions and how you are showing up every day,

On your intention,

On how you want to live your life.

So I invite you to find a comfortable seat,

Adjust your body and when you're ready you can close down your eyes.

Let's take three clearing breaths together.

Inhaling in through the nose and out of the mouth.

Again,

Inhaling and heavy out.

One last time.

Inhaling.

Inhale a bit more and exhale out.

And take a moment to adjust your posture,

Ground your sitting bone,

Relax your pelvic floor,

Let your belly be soft but do not collapse with your back,

With your shoulders.

Keep a nice lengthening of your spine that guides into an upright position,

Like a string is pulling you up from the top of the head.

And let your shoulders drop down,

Be a little bit more relaxed,

As well as the chest.

Loosen the grip of your jaw and let the tip of the tongue rest on the roof of the mouth.

Bring the chin slightly closer to your chest and allow your eyes to relax and the back of your eyes to soften.

Your forehead is expanding.

And take a moment to become aware of your breath.

Become aware of the quality of your breathing right now.

These mirrored numbers also point to self-reflection.

Energetically,

It's like standing between two mirrors,

Where awareness loops back endlessly until what is false,

What is not in line,

Fully dissolves.

This can bring clarity,

But it can also bring discomfort,

Because the mirrors show what you have avoided.

In today's practice,

We're going to do a series of double inhale and exhale.

A deep inhale through the nose,

Double it up,

And out of the mouth.

And at the end,

There will be a short breath hold,

A short retention.

So begin to reconnect your breath,

Starting to expand a little bit more the inhale,

And let the exhale come in softly through your mouth.

With every inhale,

Create a little bit more space.

Start to prepare your body for this active breathing and drop it out.

After the next exhale,

We start together.

In,

In,

Out.

Allow this energy to flow through you.

And let the breath help you in this process.

And with the sight,

Release the tension and exhale out.

Remaining stillness.

Let the breath be on pause.

And bring your attention into your inner state.

The gaze of your eyes can go in between your eyebrows.

And now,

Imagine yourself standing in a desert-like land.

And there is a quiet path stretching before you.

The air is soft.

There is a gentle breeze caressing your face.

And there is a soft light that surrounds you.

Down the path in front of you,

Two tall,

Very tall mirrors.

The two mirrors are standing,

Facing each other.

There is a bright light coming from between them.

You start to walk towards them.

Until you step in between these mirrors.

Feel the space around you.

And the energy of symmetry and reflection.

Take a breath and notice how is your body responding.

You look around.

And you notice that these mirrors are not just mirrors.

Reflect more than just your face.

They repel your life,

Your choices,

Your patterns,

Your strength and your shadows.

Reflecting your inner world back to you.

And now,

Look into the mirror.

You ask,

What patterns in my life keep repeating?

What patterns in my life keep repeating?

And notice what appears.

Perhaps an image.

A feeling.

A texture,

Colors.

Some of these patterns might appear heavy.

Dense.

While others are glowing.

There is a sense of strength and joy attached to them.

Breathe and watch them without judgment.

Imagine them slowly untangling and softening.

Maybe dissolving where it's needed.

Letting go the patterns that are now serving you.

While the ones that serve you become a little bit brighter,

Start shining a little bit more.

Take a deep breath in.

And you turn around and you face this other mirror.

And you ask,

Which parts of my body are glowing?

Which parts of me have I been hiding,

Avoiding or pushing away?

Which parts of me have I been hiding,

Avoiding or pushing away?

And in the mirrors,

These parts appear as shadows.

Hidden corners or muted lights.

Observe them with gentle curiosity.

See them step forward and gradually filling with warmth and color.

Let all this part that you have been avoided become acknowledged by you.

Feel them and accept them as part of your whole self.

Knowing that these parts have a wisdom.

That they carry a lesson that you can learn from.

Take a breath.

And for the last time,

Turn around.

And look at the mirror and ask.

What part of me is ready to step forward with clarity,

Courage and freedom?

What part of me is ready to step forward with clarity,

Courage and freedom?

And see this part appear in the mirror as a radiant light.

Feel it expand from your chest into your arms,

Into your spine,

Into your entire body.

Let it grow with every breath.

Anchoring strength,

Confidence and presence into your feelings.

Feel your physical and energetic self.

You take a deep breath in and you feel this energy expanding even more.

And with the exhale you share it with the world.

Take a few more breaths.

Feeling the mirrors around you.

Soften and melt into a warm luminous glow.

And you can sense the reflection,

The clarity and this alignment being integrated fully into your being.

Take a final deep breath.

And let all the images go.

Begin to move your body and gently open your eyes.

Remaining connected with this feeling,

With this sense of centeredness,

With this light and strength inside of you.

As you walk through your day,

And as you walk through your life.

I invite you to take a few moments to journal,

To write down what have you seen,

What was the answer to those questions.

And make a commitment.

Make a commitment on how you want to show up every day,

What are the actions that are needed for you to feel this energy,

Feel this strength every day.

What shifts are needed,

What patterns you need to let go of.

How can you be more in your center in your everyday life?
