Hello and welcome to another guided breathwork session.
Today we are doing an energising superventilation practice.
Deep breath in through the nose,
Filling up the belly,
Pulling it up into the chest and a relaxed exhale out the mouth.
This session will consist of 10 breaths with a 10 second hold,
20 breaths with a 20 second hold and 30 breaths with a 30 second hold.
Repeating that cycle 3 times for a total of 9 mini rounds,
Allowing us to reach a place of focus,
Mental clarity and ready to take on the day.
Getting as comfortable as possible now,
Laying down flat or sitting up tall,
Elongating the spine.
Closing down the eyes and breathing out empty.
Let's begin in 3,

1 10 deep powerful breaths,
In and out,

Last breath for the round,
Letting it go,
Holding for 10 seconds.
Mini round 2,
20 breaths,
Deeply in,
Letting it go.
Feeling the expansion of the ribcage with every breath in.
Last breath for the round,
Letting it go and holding for 20 seconds.
Just releasing any doubt or fears you have in this moment.
Back into that rhythm,
30 breaths this time,
In and out.
Just allowing the breath to be your only focus in this present moment.
Last breath in,
Letting it go and holding for 30 seconds.
Bringing your focus and awareness to within,
Noticing the stillness and the sensations.
Deeply in,
Let it go,
10 powerful breaths.
Take a deep breath in and let it go,
20 breaths here.
Breath,
Let it move freely with ease.
Notice the energy moving through your body,
Even in stillness.
Take a deep breath in and let it go,
30 breaths here.
Feel the air filling you up with fresh,
Vibrant energy.
As you hold,
You are mastering your breath,
Your body and your mind.
Finding your flow for 10,
Deep breath in,
Letting it go.
20 deep breaths,
Deeply in and release it.
To move freely and deeply within you.
Becoming more resilient.

Let's go deeply in,
Letting it go.
Just allowing the breath to flow effortlessly and deeply.
One breathing,
10 breaths remaining.
Take one final breath in,
Release it and hold.
Any thoughts,
Just be present,
Here and now.
Just allowing the body to thrive in the breathless state for a few more moments.
Taking a deep breath in and hold.
Releasing it,
Taking a gentle sip through the nose,
Letting it out with a sigh.
Just returning to your normal rhythm of breathing,
In and out through the nose.
