Join us for this guided breathwork session as we move through this breathflow. Fusing 3 phases: starting slow for internal balance, then elevating ourselves with some rhythmic deep breathing, and relaxing back to within ourselves.

Hello and welcome to another guided breathwork session.

Today's breath flow is going to consist of three techniques to ground,

Elevate and relax.

Grounding ourselves with balanced breathing,

Slow nasal breaths at a cadence of 4 seconds in and 4 seconds out.

Elevating with superventilation,

Powerful breath in through the nose and a relaxed breath out the mouth.

Utilising the 10,

20,

30 cadence.

10 breaths,

10 second hold,

20 breaths,

20 second hold and 30 breaths with a 30 second hold.

Relaxing into the final technique of 4,

6,

10.

Breathing slowly through the nose for 4 seconds,

Holding for 6 seconds and exhaling for 10 seconds.

Making any final adjustments,

Getting as comfortable as possible,

Laying down flat or sitting up tall,

Elongating the spine.

Closing down the eyes and let's begin with balanced breathing in 3,

2,

1.

Taking a slow breath in through the nose and releasing it.

This is your final balanced breath.

Moving on to superventilation.

Take a deep breath in and let it go.

Take one final breath in,

Let it go and hold here for 10 seconds.

Back into that rhythm for 20 breaths in and out.

Take a deep breath in,

Let it go.

Halfway,

You're doing amazing.

Take one final breath in,

Release it and hold for 30 seconds.

Let go of any thoughts,

Just be present here and now.

Taking a slow breath in,

Hold,

3,

5,

6,

Exhale,

2,

3,

4,

5,

6,

7,

8.

7,

10.

This will be your last cycle of 4,

6,

10.

Returning to regular breathing now,

In and out through the nose.
