Four rounds of 40 deep powerful breaths in through the nose,
Starting from the belly,
Pulling it up into the chest and releasing it through a soft open mouth.
Ending each round with an exhale breath retention.
When you feel the urge to breathe,
Taking small sips of air until your lungs are full and then slowly releasing it through pursed lips.
Ideally laying down in a safe and comfortable position where you will be undisturbed.
