Hello,

And welcome to another guided breathwork session.

For today's breathwork,

We're using two techniques to elevate our mood and set us up for the day.

We start the round with a shamanic breath,

Two inhales and one exhale,

It may look and sound like this.

The first breath is into the belly,

The second breath is into the chest,

And a gentle exhale.

Our second technique,

Superventilation,

Is one deep inhale through the nose,

Filling up the lungs,

And exhale through the mouth,

It may look and sound like this.

You'll be guided for three rounds with breath holds in between.

Do this sitting up,

Elongating your spine,

Or lying down in a comfortable position.

Get ready to begin with shamanic in three,

Two,

One.

In,

In,

Out.

Belly,

Chest,

Release.

That's it,

You've got it.

Two inhales,

One exhale.

That's all you've got to do.

Three more shamanic breaths,

Two more.

Last one,

Moving to superventilation.

Deeply in,

Let it go.

Deeply in,

And release.

In and out,

Just like a wave.

Two more,

Last one.

Take a deep breath in,

And holding here for one minute.

Bring awareness to this present moment.

There's nowhere else you need to be.

Just notice the sensations in your body.

Fifteen seconds remaining.

Releasing in three,

Two,

One.

Get ready for round number two,

Shamanic breath.

In,

In,

Out.

Belly,

Chest,

Release.

Two inhales,

One exhale.

That's all you've got to do.

Three more,

Last one.

Three more shamanic breaths,

Two more.

Last one,

Moving to superventilation.

Deeply in,

Let it go.

Deeply in,

And release.

Feel the connection between your body,

Mind and soul with each breath.

In this breath you find balance and harmony.

Three more breaths,

Two more.

Last one.

Take a deep breath in,

And holding here for one minute.

Relaxing into this beautiful energy you've created.

Notice any sensations in your body.

Notice your heartbeat.

Each moment brings more calmness.

Feel the stillness grow within.

Fifteen seconds remaining.

Releasing in three,

Two,

One.

Get ready for the third and final round,

Shamanic breath.

In,

In,

Out.

Belly,

Chest,

Release.

Two inhales,

One exhale.

That's all you've got to do.

Three more shamanic breaths,

Two more.

Last one,

Moving to superventilation.

Deeply in,

Let it go.

Deeply in,

And release.

Feel your body rejuvenate with every inhale.

And with every exhale let go of any tension.

Deeply in,

Release.

Last three breaths for this breathwork journey.

Two more.

Last one.

Take a deep breath in,

And holding here for the last breath retention.

This stillness brings you clarity.

Your mind is quiet,

Your body relaxed.

Your body knows exactly what to do.

Feel the flow of energy moving through you.

Your body knows exactly what to do.

You're connected to your breath,

Trust it.

Releasing in three,

One.

Just returning to regular breathing now.

In through the nose,

And out through the nose.
