And welcome to another guided breathwork session.
Today's session is focused on exciting the body and mind using two techniques,
Superventilation,
Deep breath in through the nose and out the mouth,
And breath of fire,
Breathing in and out the nose,
Focusing on powerful exhales and allowing the inhale to passively happen.
Do this either in the morning or if you're having a mid-afternoon slump.
Just follow along to the sound of my voice and breath cues.
Sitting up tall with a straight spine,
Closing down the eyes and breathing out empty.
Starting with superventilation in 3,
2,
1.
Deeply in through the nose and release it through the mouth.
Deep,
Full inhalations.
Just allow the inhales to happen naturally.
Back to superventilation.
And hold here for 30 seconds.
Squeezing the pelvic floor muscles,
The abdominals and tucking the chin.
Noticing how your body is feeling in this moment.
Releasing in 3,
2,
1.
Returning to your natural flow of breathing in and out through the nose.
Bringing some movement back into the body,
Shaking it out and getting on with the rest of your day.
