I learned this mantra back in 2011 while doing my yoga teacher training—I’ve been using it ever since and this was a great guided meditation that incorporated it well, especially with the soft music and visualization 🙏🏼❤️🙇‍♂️

Magical! I had shivers all over my body at some parts of the meditation. It never felt so easy to let go of everything, like with this meditation. Wonderful music and very comfortable voice to listen to. Will keep this meditation in my favorites and definitely try the other stuff from the Bhaktas. I got to know about them, when I found their cosmic kiirtan on YouTube (absolutely beautiful btw!) , and was more than happy, when I found them here too. Much Love and Light from the Maldives ❤️

As I glided over every beautiful natural scene I've been fortunate enough to see in this lifetime.... many mountain tops, rivers, lakes, streams, forests, oceans ....I am there witnessing it all again.
