So let's begin by finding yourself in a comfortable seated position.

And let's just begin by bringing our attention to our breath.

So notice your inhale and your exhale.

Choosing to bring your attention to the rhythm of your breath.

Feel your body expand on your inhale and then soften on your exhale.

And on your inhale,

See if you can lengthen your spine upwards.

And then on your exhale,

Allow your shoulders to draw down and back.

This is creating lots of length in our spine,

Allowing our breath to really flow.

And you can gently close your eyes if that feels comfortable for you.

Allowing your arms to rest and your hands to be placed in your lap.

And just allow your body to relax into this,

Relaxing into the cycle of your breath.

And throughout this meditation,

Just notice what thoughts arise when your thoughts wander and gently accepting them and then allowing those thoughts to just float along.

So not attaching a story or judgment to them,

Just simply acknowledging them,

Maybe thanking them for coming to your attention,

And then letting them go.

And knowing that this is quite common as we get into a meditative state,

Our thoughts start to arise.

That's okay,

We just let them go and return to our breath.

And now we will bring to mind the feelings of love and kindness.

So notice what this means to you.

Bring in that feeling of love.

Imagine a time you experience love and kindness.

Noticing any sensations in your body right now.

If this feels difficult for you,

Maybe bring to mind a dear person that you love,

Or a beloved pet,

Or maybe the love of a child.

Bring to mind something you love the most.

Allowing yourself to fully feel into this moment.

Noticing any sensations throughout your body with the rhythm of your breath.

Even thanking yourself for taking this time to sit and meditate.

To sit and honor your breath,

And your body,

And your being,

And to offer love to yourself.

When we do this,

We naturally radiate,

And it's impactful for those around us as well.

And it starts with honoring ourselves.

Allowing yourself to just bask in the love and energy generated here.

Continuing to bring attention to your breath as we do this.

As our breath has the power to generate this love and energy,

And to move it throughout our body.

Imagine on your inhale you can bring in all this love and energy.

And then on your exhale you can choose where to send this love and energy.

Feeling into the sensations of the body.

Awakening each cell in our body with this breath.

And now bringing our attention to our sacral chakra,

Trust the image that comes to mind.

Do you see a ball of light?

What color is it?

Most commonly it's visualized as orange.

But just notice what you see.

And imagine we can use our breath to energize this chakra.

Allowing your breath when you inhale to bring in all this love and energy,

And as you exhale to send it to your chakra.

Continue to breathe in the rhythm of your breath as you awaken this chakra.

Noticing what thoughts might arise.

Just trust that they wanted to get your attention.

Accept them and let them go.

Our body has a way of releasing what we no longer need when we bring in our breath and our energy.

And most times these areas and thoughts and feelings just need to be accepted and acknowledged so they can be released.

Thank them for their part and let them go.

Bringing your attention back to your breath.

To energize and fill your chakra with love.

Imagine with each breath that you can send your love into that sacred ball of light.

Continue the rhythm of your breath.

Imagining you can energize the chakra with your breath.

Inviting your body to feel this pleasure.

Inviting your body to feel your sexuality.

Inviting your being to be creative.

Allowing yourself to create that which you desire.

We can awaken our desires and creativity to solve the challenges that we face.

To be present in these moments.

We can be playful and lean towards the pleasure.

We can choose to be playful and enjoy the moment.

Consciously sending our love into our sacred chakra.

Energizing it and awakening the cells in our body.

All with using the rhythm of our breath,

Drawing in love and energy on our inhale.

And consciously sending it on our exhale.

And matching that with the intention of excitement and pleasure and enthusiasm.

Awakening these sexual areas,

Our sensuality,

Our ability to create.

This will energize us in a way where we can approach life with excitement and enthusiasm.

Asking in this energy we've generated here.

The energy of coming together as a community.

Sharing this space with each other.

Bringing in the security in our unity.

That we are grounded in love.

Alright.

Know that at any moment you can access this practice,

You can tune into the rhythm of your breath and consciously choose where you want to place your attention,

Your energy and your love.

This is a skill you've just developed that you can draw on at any moment.

This is the true beauty of meditation.

Alright,

And let's just tune back into the image of our sacral chakra and just notice what it looks like now.

Trust the image that came to mind for you.

Alright.

And gently bringing this meditation to a close.

Welcoming some movement back into your body.

Wiggling fingers and toes.

And when you're ready to open your eyes and come back to this space.
