Who've carried it into the world,

So that we have it here.

Everyone practicing with us,

Walking this path.

For And then let's bring our love back to ourselves.

Feel gratitude for ourselves.

For everything we've been through.

And for being willing to face up to it over these past 10 days.

For doing the work to learn this technique.

Let's feel this same stable loving awareness and appreciation for ourselves.

Let's just pretend things are in place in theseportional conversations again.

And then to everyone in our lives who's helped us to get to this point.

Whether wittingly or unwittingly,

Willingly or unwillingly,

People who supported and helped us to get here.

Let's focus our stable loving awareness on them.

May all beings be happy.

May all beings be free.

May all beings be liberated.

May all beings be free.

May all beings be free.

May all beings be free.

So if somebody is inside the roped area,

Please allow them to maintain their silence and do the same.

At home,

It's now acceptable to start communicating with everyone in your life again.

We'll start our collective practice with the sunset meditation.

Until then,

Everyone can rest,

Catch up,

Or continue to practice in the hall if they wish.

May all beings be free.

Gong The silence is over.

And you will be happy.

I overslept and no one woke me up When I volunteered the next 10 days, the teachers didn’t believe I had never attended the Metta. strange things have happened like that over the course of my experience with VipassanaMeditation now I can’t seem to be allowed to attend
