Welcome to your practice of remembering joy.
Come to sit in a comfortable position with your spine upright and lengthened.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and release out of your mouth.
One more time in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And one last time in through your nose and out through your mouth.
We will begin the practice with a breath walk.
To begin,
Exhale all of your breath.
Inhale for 8,

Bring prana into your chest.

Now begin to bring your awareness into your heart space as you continue your inhalation and your exhalation.
Begin to visualize an almond sized flame in the center of your heart.
Begin to feel this flame in the center of your heart.
As you inhale this flame expands into your entire chest and as you exhale it contracts back to the center of your heart.
Inhale,
Expand.
Exhale,
Contract.
Inhale,
Expand.
Exhale,
Contract.
Inhale,
Feel the flame,
The vibration throughout your entire chest.
Exhale,
Contract back to the center of your heart.
Inhale,
Expand.
Inhale,
Expand.
Feel,
Exhale,
Contract.
Now begin to release and return your breath to its natural and effortless state.
Now begin to notice that this flame continues to expand and contract at its own pace independent from your breath as if there is an intelligence of its own to continue expanding and contracting at its own pace while you feel the vibrations resonating through your chest,
Your arms,
Your palms.
As this flame continues to expand,
It expands out of your chest and now as you exhale this flame out of your entire body you find yourself within this flame in the heart of this flame.
But this flame doesn't hurt you,
It doesn't burn you.
It is like a warm embrace,
A gentle hug.
It holds you.
It is grounding,
Stabilizing.
Allow yourself to experience this state.
Feel the resonance,
Feel the joy emanating from the center of your heart.
Feel the bliss.
This joy is grounding.
It is stabilizing.
It is not ecstasy.
It is not filled from the outside.
It comes from within.
This is Ananda Shakti.
The state of your pure supreme bliss,
Joy.
No amount of material things can fulfill you this way.
This is the connection with yourself.
Allow yourself to soak in this state for a couple more moments.
You don't need to direct the experience.
You don't need to direct anything.
You don't need to control anything.
Just be.
You may choose to continue on your meditation for as long as you feel guided to.
Whenever you're ready,
Just take a couple of deep breaths in and bring your awareness back to your body.
Gently open your eyes.
