Hi,
I'm Teresa,
And this practice is a gentle space to meet the version of you that's emerging.
We'll begin by softening into the body and noticing what feels new.
Find a comfortable position where your body can soften.
Let your weight be held by the chair,
The floor,
Or the bed beneath you.
You don't have to hold yourself up right now.
Feel gravity doing its quiet work,
Supporting you,
Anchoring you.
Take a slow breath in through your nose,
And let it fall out through your mouth.
Let that exhale bring you home.
Change often asks us to meet ourselves all over again.
To notice what's still true and what has shifted.
Bring one hand to your heart and one to your belly.
Feel the rise and fall beneath your palms.
You are alive in this moment.
There is no version of you to chase or prove.
Begin to sense the space inside your chest,
The quiet hum of your heartbeat.
Let that sound remind you,
You are here now.
If it feels right,
Whisper inwardly,
Who am I becoming?
What feels new in me today?
No need for answers,
Just noticing.
Perhaps there's a tenderness that's grown where there used to be tension,
Or a boundary forming where there used to be blur.
Whatever you find,
Let it be enough.
Let it be met with kindness.
As you breathe,
Imagine gathering all the pieces of yourself,
The ones that are certain,
And the ones still unsure,
And hold them close.
You don't have to be finished to be whole.
Take a slow breath in,
Feeling the fullness of who you are.
And as you exhale,
Release any story that says you must hurry to become someone else.
And whisper to yourself,
I greet myself with love.
I am meeting who I am,
And it's enough.
And let the body rest here for a moment longer,
Trusting that this self,
This moment,
Is exactly where you are meant to be.
Thank you for being here with me today.
If this meditation helped you reconnect with yourself,
Feel free to follow my page or listen to the next practice in this series.
Wishing you gentleness as you continue your day.
And remember as always,
You are loved,
You are whole,
You are enough.
