About the Winter Rest Series: This collection of meditations is designed to support the winter season—a time for deep rest, nervous system regulation, and quiet trust. Rather than pushing for clarity or momentum, these practices invite slowing down, honoring stillness, and allowing unseen growth to unfold naturally. Each track can be listened to on its own or as part of the full series, depending on what you need in the moment. A gentle winter meditation for deep rest, trust, and allowing unseen growth to unfold in its own time. Inspired by the solstice and the long winter nights, this practice supports nervous system regulation and emotional rest when clarity isn’t yet available.

Hi love,

I'm Teresa.

This meditation is a gentle space for deep rest and quiet trust.

A place to soften into the dark and allow what's forming to unfold in its own time.

When you're ready,

Let's begin.

Take a slow breath in,

And let it fall out of your body without effort.

Allow your shoulders to soften,

Let your jaw loosen,

Let the places that have been holding quietly release just a little.

You don't need to do anything right now.

There is nowhere you need to go.

Imagine yourself settling into the dark.

Not as something heavy or lonely,

But as something rich and alive.

Like warm soil at the deepest part of winter.

This darkness is not a problem to solve.

It is not a delay.

It is a sacred pause.

Here nothing is asking you to perform.

Nothing is asking you to prove your worth.

This is a place of deep permission.

If your body feels tired,

Let it be tired.

If your mind feels quiet or foggy,

Let it rest.

Some seasons are not meant for clarity.

They are meant for incubation.

Imagine now that small seeds are being planted beneath the surface.

Not through effort,

But through your willingness to stop pushing.

These seeds are intentions,

Longings,

Truths you don't yet have language for.

They do not need light yet.

They need darkness,

Warmth,

And time.

You don't need to check on them.

You don't need to measure progress.

Growth is happening even when you cannot feel it.

Let yourself trust that what you are attending now will come to fruition later.

In the right season,

In the right form,

At the right pace.

If uncertainty arises,

Just bring your attention back to your breath.

You are allowed to rest here.

You are allowed to be unfinished.

You are allowed to let the dark do its quiet work.

This solstice reminds us this is not the end of the story.

It is a turning point.

A subtle shift toward the return of light.

For now,

Your only responsibility is to stay close to yourself.

To listen gently.

To allow yourself to be held by the stillness.

Take another slow breath and feel the ground supporting you completely.

And when you are ready,

Begin to sense the room around you again.

There is no rush.

The seeds will continue their work long after this meditation ends.

Thank you for resting here with me.

You are welcome to save this meditation,

Share it,

Or leave a reflection if it supported you.

You can explore more winter practices on my profile when it feels right.

Take good care love.

And remember as always,

You are loved.

You are whole.

You are enough.
