Hi,

I'm Teresa,

Welcome,

I'm really glad you're here.

Before we begin,

Take a slow breath and let your body arrive where you are.

There's nothing to fix in this moment.

Just let yourself be here and we'll begin together.

When the world feels unstable,

Loud,

Or overwhelming,

The nervous system often stays on high alert.

So today,

We're not fixing the world,

We're grounding you.

Bring your attention to your feet.

Feel the contact with the floor or ground beneath you.

Take a slow breath in through your nose and a longer breath out through your mouth.

Let gravity do some of the work.

Let yourself be held.

You don't need certainty to feel stable.

You need presence.

Notice the parts of your body that are already supported by the chair,

The floor,

The wall behind you.

Let your shoulders soften,

Let your jaw unclench.

Even when the world feels chaotic,

Your body can find moments of steadiness.

And those moments matter.

Stay here for a few breaths,

Anchoring into what's solid and real.

As you come back,

Notice how your body feels now.

If you'd like to continue,

You're welcome to explore my other meditations here.

Move gently.

And thank you for sharing this time with me.

And as you return to your day,

Remember as always,

You are loved.

You are whole.

You are enough.
