Let the body lead the way.

Unclench your jaw,

Relax your shoulders,

And place a hand over your heart,

Feeling its steady rhythm.

Notice how even a single breath can clear space.

Your mind softens,

Your heart opens.

Let's breathe three gentle breaths together.

Inhale fresh clarity,

And exhale mental clutter.

Inhale spaciousness,

And exhale ease.

Inhale openness,

And exhale calm.
