Okay,

So a good morning routine should be something that sets you up powerfully for your day.

Thankfully,

We automatically wake up.

Okay,

But here's the thing,

Just waking up isn't showing up for our day.

A good morning practice is going to set you up for what you want in your life.

It's gonna set you up for the type of day you wanna have.

I offer a good day practice,

And that's something that it's to set you up to have a good day.

Maybe you might want to be powerful today,

Or you might want to be open to receive today.

You can choose what you want,

But a good morning practice will set you up for that.

And so some things that you can do,

Do something that does not involve your phone the first thing you wake up.

That is such good advice.

For most of us,

That's the first thing we reach for.

So if there's something you can do that does not involve your phone,

Could it be breathing?

Could it be meditating?

Could it be praying?

Could it be a slight stretching routine?

Again,

This is gonna be something that's important to you,

And it's gonna be in alignment with what you want your day to look like.

But these are all good things,

And they don't involve the phone,

Because the phone,

It's a wonderful thing,

But it's also such a temptation to then get lost into something we don't wanna read just yet,

Or we don't wanna see just yet.

So set yourself up with a few things.

It could be fast.

It could be long.

But something that you will do is the most important.

So if you're someone that runs late all the time,

Be good to yourself.

Don't set up a half an hour morning routine,

Because it's probably not gonna happen.

That was solid advice.

Yes,

That makes so much sense.

Don't force yourself into this.

No,

No,

No,

Because that just fosters feelings of what that we don't run,

Right?

So say,

What is it that I will do,

And how can I show up?

Decide it and do it.

And if it is something that requires you to leave the bed,

Because most of the stuff you can do in bed,

Hooray!

But if it causes you to leave the bed,

One good thing I like to do is I like to make sure that whatever I need to leave the bed is right there,

So I don't even have to decide and make it harder for me.

So that's another tip.

So,

You know,

It could be a prayer,

A meditation,

A breathing exercise.

It could be a stretching exercise.

If it's something bigger like a jog or like a very healthful breakfast,

Make sure you have maybe a cozy robe to wear right next to the bed to slip right on.

Make sure you have your workout gear right there next to the bed.

Doing those things will help you.

So I guess in a nutshell,

Decide what it is you want to empower yourself to do.

Don't reach for the phone first thing,

And then select an exercise or series of exercise is that you can do.
