One minute breathing meditation.

Come in to sit or stand in a comfortable position,

Being aware of the sensation of the feet on the floor.

Taking in a deep breath through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Repeating,

Breathing through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Acknowledging the decision you've made to take this breath in space.

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Being aware of the sensations in your body and taking this new found awareness into the next part of your day.
