We're just going to ground for a second.
Big deep breath in through your nose.

And start taking those breaths on your own.

Where are you with the breath today?
How is the breath feeling for you today?
And every inhale,
Start to feel what that breath is saying to you,
Perhaps.
So taking in those inhales.
Opening the mouth for a few audible sighs.
Letting it go.
Just letting it go.
As we breathe into happy today,
Breathing into happy is the series that I'm adding on.
As we breathe into happy today,
It's all about the phrase,
I am dot dot dot.
And whatever that is for you.
So breathing big full deep breaths into your root chakra,
Specifically.
Taking in a big deep breath right into your root chakra.
And pull in some grounding energy through the phrase,
I am grounded.
I am safe.
I am complete.
I am whole.
Like you give to you today.
What do you need?
What do you need?
So as you breathe,
Inhaling and exhaling,
You get to decide what your sweet,
Beautiful,
Strong body needs.
So inhale,
I am dot dot dot.
And I don't want to speak it for you.
You speak it to you.
You speak it to you.
But keeping those breaths big and full and expansive.
Those inhales and every exhale is your opportunity to let it go.
Is your opportunity to free the space.
And as you feel the weight of the heavy fall away,
Maybe you breathe in.
I am grateful for my breath.
For my opportunity to connect.
One breath.
One I am at a time.
Big deep full inhale,
Acknowledging your aliveness.
One big exhale,
Acknowledging your ability to soften.
To let go.
To not hold so tight.
And finding a rhythm with the inhale and the exhale.
Give yourself some little I am love notes.
Whatever you need to fill up on today,
Please give those to you right now.
And I forget to include things like I am magical.
And I am playful and I am giggly and I am fun.
Because we get so serious,
We get so stuck in our heads.
And we forget that this life is meant to be lived,
Is meant to be played.
It's meant to be experienced.
So I am adventurous and taking risks and going beyond my comfort zone.
Every day I play.
Inhale.
I am.
Da da da.
And as you breathe here on your own for two more minutes,
Filling up with whatever those dots need to say to you.
Please do that.
And I'll be right here holding space.
Yes.
Wherever you are on your list of I am's,
If that was what you felt inspired to do,
Then give to yourself on these final few breaths,
As we always will close with gratitude,
The highest vibration on the planet,
Calling in some gratitude for every bit of you today,
From your feet to your legs,
Which held you up strong.
And for some of us,
It's not so strong because we're working on balance,
But those legs that are still tall under you,
They give you support.
And for your hips that allow for movement,
And your back that allows you to have a strong spine,
Hold yourself up,
And your shoulders and arms allow you to reach and hug and hold and grasp.
And your heart space,
Gratitude for your beautiful heart,
That allows you to love and touch and connect,
And your head and your mind and your spirit and your soul and your eyes and your ears that allow you to hear right now,
Taking in gratitude for every single bit head to toe.
One final big deep breath,
Filling up with everything you need for the rest of this magical day,
And exhaling,
Shaking off any last bit of heavy,
Bringing hands into Namaste with me here.
